1. For Glazed Floor Tile, is the 40*40 available?
—— Yes, 40*40 is available. Based on the actual market demand, we could also supply 45*45 and 50*50 accordingly.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is one 20’ container. For some special model, if its production is not arranged frequently, the MOQ is 5 containers.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.
4. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit?
—— Normally we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit?
5. For the delivery term, could you go with CFR our port?
—— Yes, of course. We have very good relationship with those big shipping company, such as China Shipping, MSC, HPL etc.

- Q: We are planning small home improvements during the next year to prepare our house for sale. I would like to switch out our 4 year old formica countertop and replace it with granite tile. A slab is out of the question due to cost. We have a small kitchen and would need about 40 tiles. When I looked on the internet for costs, it seems I can get these tiles for under $300.00? Does that sound right, I think that‘s less than what we paid for the Formica. Also, my next question is can you use the same tile for the entryway, which is next to the kitchen, or it that a little too much of the same thing?
- Tile is thinner than granite counter top,so it can be much less expensive, but it looks good. I would not put it on the floor. A little lipstick on your lips creates an illusion, putting it on your cheeks also, makes you a clown. You want to impress with the granite, so use something else matching ton the floor.

- Maybe a pottery shop could possible make a close looking tile but it would still stick out like a sore thumb. You ll have to give them an exact measurement of the tile since most tiles are a nominal size( 12x12 are more often 11 3/4). Then you ll have to give them a sample pc of the tile to try and get color , texture and glazing close as possible.. This may not even be feasible for them to do. I would continue to search. - Q: I was looking at the glazed tiles at Lowes, they‘re so nice looking, and they‘ve got so many colors.I‘m looking to tile my living room floor...I‘ve read glazed isn‘t good for floors, it‘s more for walls and counter tops. Can anyone tell me about this? I don‘t have any experience with tiles, what is the norm, the standard for floor tiles?
- For tiles, glazed means that the colors you're seeing don't run all the way through the tile, not necessarily about the finish. If you're concerned about slip-resistance, see about a tile in a matte finish as opposed to a polished finish. Polished finishes can become slippery when you mop them - matte finishes are less likely to be slippery. Otherwise, if it's tile your after, then putting it in a living room is a great idea, particularly if you live in a hot climate. When shopping for tiles, make sure that you specify to your seller that you intend to use it for floor tile. You are right - certain tiles are only meant to serve as wall tiles, particularly dark colored glazed tiles. Make sure that the PEI rating on your chosen tiles are at least PEI3 or better. This is a measurement of how durable they will be in reference to where you'll be installing them. Good luck with your installation!
- Q: We had glass tile installed in our kitchen and it looks wavy. Our installer said it was an optical illusion which I disagree with. I noticed it as it was being installed and that he did not use spacers. Wouldn‘t that have allowed the tiles to move before they were grouted?
- Spacers are not always needed if these are sheet mounted glass tiles. If individually set tiles then yes they are needed.. Some sheet mounted tiles ( either ceramic or glass) are not set absolutely straight and need to be checked. The best way to check if they are wavy or not straight is to use a straight edge or with 2 people use a string and stretch it out along the grout line. Another possible thing is that your glass isn t all the same size and gives it a wavy look.. This does happen in both glass and ceramics. In this case if the grout line is straight thats all a tile person can do. Not defending the person , just giving some possible explanations. - It depends on whether you have experience installing tile backsplash. It will take you a lot longer than the professional. It also depends on how it is laid and if it is all one color and cuts and miters. It's not as easy as one thinks. It's where you start and plan to finish that is very important. The counter top at the back where it meets the cabinet must be level. If you haven't done this before then hire someone to assist you and go on line to get some information before you start. If you give the information to a tile dealer, he can tell you about how long it will take for the job. Decide what you need to charge an hour and add a couple of hours for clean-up or to for longer time. Jo Ann

- From a design perspective, it depends on the application. Porcelain tiles have the color permeated throughout the tile. That means, for example, if you use them say around a bathtub deck as a back splash the side of the tile that is exposed will have the same design on the front. With ceramic tile, it will have the color of the clay which means you have to use a finish tile or edge tile to conceal that because it does not look nice. Because the pattern goes all of the way through a porcelain tile, some people feel it gives a more realistic replica of certain stones than ceramic does. And, there are claims that porcelain tiles are more durable than ceramic.
