Made from 100% recyclable materials, CMAX epoxy cast iron pipe systems are not only environmental friendly, but also satisfy many properties necessary to withstand the aggressive conditions both internal and external of the pipes and fittings: these properties include its excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, impact and fire. CMAX also has low noise transmission compared to common UPVC drainage pipe systems. CMAX is designed as long lasting building materials.

Standard:

CMAX epoxy cast iron pipe systems with nominal size between 40-300mm comply with BS EN 877.BS EN 877 guarantees the quality of the materials, dimensions and tolerances, mechanical properties(like water pressure, tensile strength and brinell hardness) appearance, and the standard coating for the epoxy cast iron pipes, fittings and couplings.

Strength:

Iron is well known for its strength and abrasion resistance. The shape and impact strength of CMAX products are unchanged under exposure of sunlight and weathering, while UPVC and PVC pipes would soften, deform and become brittle under intense temperature change.

Quiet:

CMAX’s sturdy and dense properties reduce pipe vibration a silent drainage system.Studies had proven iron is the quietest material out of all other common drainage system.

Non-Toxic and Non-Combustile:

No toxic gas will be emitted from CMAX in the event of fire. Iron is also non-combustile,so epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings are recoverable after fire.

Anti-Corrosive:

All CMAX epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings are internally and externally finished with corrosive resistant epoxy coating to prevent fouling and corrosion. The epoxy on CMAX epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings provides an excellent exterior under humid and tropical conditions.

Coupling:

Lightweight couplings are specially engineered to guarantee a strong, quick and easy connection between CMAX pipes and fittings. Made from stainless steel with rubber gaskets, the coupling match pipe and fittings non-corrosive properties.

Q: Real Estate agent, appraisal, and broker? because I want to get my license in CT does that license make you all three are the the same or are there different licenses for each?
an agent works for a broker. an appraiser is someone who comes to appraise your house, and a broker was once an agent, but has gone through more classes and has sold more houses in a year to become a broker. brokers make the most money. though being an appraiser is pretty neat because there are only a few of them out there.
Q: i am looking for a job in real estate or some sales job can anyone help?
Matthew, If you're still interested after reading Ken's ramblings, I suggest you consider that it is difficult to break into this field. You should have at least 6 months cash reserves available or a spouse that will support you through that time. Ken's valid point, however, is that many Realtors ( not all ) give more emphasis on closing at any cost, than on giving fair and accurate information. Know your profession and be honest with your clients. The cream rises to the top. Also consider, your work schedule is not 9 to 5. Mostly your evenings and weekends are shot. Your phone will ring at all times and you have to be on all the time. It's a very tough business. Of course it can be done. But in a crummy market like this, you will really work hard to prosper. Good luck with your choices.
Q: I'm considering going into real estate and want a good way for someone with my current situation to get a good start. I thought about going to an actual company like Coldwell, or maybe a smaller chain one, and asking if I can do part time internship, or something along that nature to get started. My current situation is working full time at a chicken factory that runs about 50 hours a week and going to school full time. I have a family and I have little to no time to do anything, and that is including my homework. I'm not going to school for real estate (obviously) but have thought about changing my major to accommodate for this; Maybe a business major. Any feed back would be appreciated! :D
that's a hard time you have there since you are working at the same time studying. But if you will just strive hard and don't give up easily I am pretty sure success will be near at your reach. Anything you can do to be successful involves effort and dedication. So feel free to what you want but be practical in your decisions.
Q: I am in college and looking for a better paying job... I really love real estate and want to take classes in it on the side this summer and maybe try to get my lisence but I was just wondering what jobs I could try to get as an entry level position? I dont have any experience in this area but I do learn fast and work hard and have good availability. Also, whats the best way to try to get a job with an office? Should I just call around to different companies? Thanks so much!
You must be realistic, and acknowledge that real estate is in turmoil. Selling real estate as property values go down, means that many, many people are up-side down. This means those people selling homes must pay funds out-of-pocket (take a loss) in order to sell their homes (sales without profit). Although there are many homes for sale, the costs of selling (including agent commissions) will be cut in order to economize and accommodate the up-side down seller. Additionally, after the real estate boom over the last 7 years, there are already too many real estate agents fighting over reduced commissions in this economic down-turn. However, there is a booming mortgage foreclosure market. If you could get employment as a paralegal with a law firm that does foreclosures, you would really make some money. Any business associated with mortgage foreclosures and debt collection will offer employment security in this unusually difficult economy. Just an opinion ... so good luck to you! d:o)
Q: Hello how do you say beach real estate in spanish? Is this term use? Do it sound funny when you say it in spanish?
you could always say : una casa en la playa -a house on the beach- literal translation of una casa con una vista de agua -a house with a view of water- literal translation i think both of these would be correct
Q: After getting my license, is it possible for me to have a successful full-time job as a real estate agent. I don't have many contacts but I know I would love it. Any advice?
It is always possible. Some real estate rookies come in and make huge sums of money. There are three things these people have: contacts, drive, and perseverance. The rule of thumb in any sales job is that it takes about six months to get a steady income. In real estate it can take years, but doesn't have to. I remember my first day as a real estate agent. Everyone told me it would take forever. I had floor that day and I had a contract in my hand before I left. I recommend, at least while you are getting started, that you have a secondary income. It is great if you are young and living with your parents, older with a pension, or if your spouse has a good job. If you are the sole bread winner, it can be tough. Make sure you have enough money in savings before you quit your job. Many real estate offices require that you pay them to work there. Make sure you are comfortable with your commission split. You can expect to see anything from a 50% commission split, but no office fees, to 100% commission split but you pay a large office fee. There will be many options in between. I could go on and on, but email me and I'll be happy to answer specific questions. Ultimately, your success or failure is dependent on how hard you are willing to work. If you want to learn how do really make it, find a job as a real estate assistant, once you get your license, it shouldn't be difficult. As an assistant, you will receive a paycheck while learning the ropes. What you learn in school is how to pass the test. But it doesn't teach you how to succeed.
