- Q:I tried looking up the the model # and a couple of sites that would sell it but cant find any. Also the player is like 2 years old so hard to find anything about it.
- What is the question here? Are you looking to buy a replacement power cable? One of the multi use ones would work fine, set it for 9 volts. The other important part is the current rating (amps or mA). What does the DVD player say it needs? Make sure the new power cord can supply at least that much. Voltage: try 9 first, if not work then try 10 or 11 or 12. No higher than 12. Current: the same number or higher than listed on the player.

Does Newegg, or for that matter any major computer retailer, sell products that come with all the cables you need to actually use the part? I guess I'm primarily concerned with Hard Drives and Disk Drives in this case... oh, and PSUs I guess. And the mobo, will that have the power cable?
- Depending on what the combo contains, it may have the cables. - A power supply comes with a power cable for the outlet, and the usualy cables you find on a power supply... - A motherboard comes with 2 or 3 SATA cables, O/I shield, screws needed to mount ot case, manual, driver disk - JUST Hard Drives...well just the hard drive (NewEgg does not included any cables unless stated) - Graphics cards...adapters, manual, old drivers - Case: cables that connect to the motherboard (On/reset buttons, USB ports, Firewire, fans, sound/mic jacks) Hope this answers your question.

- Call any small office equipment repair places in your area they may have a box of used ones. Also try places that take donations like Goodwilll, you may find a printer like yours for the price of a power supply
- Q:Today I was using my pc, it was running awfully slow so I restarted and it kept flashing quot;Power cable has not been attached to your video cardquot;. So I turned it off and flicked the master switch on the back of the pc and sure enough it turned on. But it was all low resolution and said no ati driver is installed. - Well, just to be sure, check out this site and examine the capacitors on your motherboard (esp. around the video card slot), on the video card itself, and the ones that you can see inside the PSU. I think that you will find one or more that are bulging...

- Maybe - but there are other cables that go to car seats. Some cars have heated seats (bun warmers, I call them). Many newer cars have a pressure switch in the front passenger seat to deactivate the passenger side air bag if the seat is empty.

- Yes, the remote cable is what turns the amp on and off with your stereo. Without it you'll get some nasty noises when you turn your stereo on or off. Even if you keep the radio on all the time, the amp will get power before the radio powers up when you start the car and you'll get a nasty, possibly speaker blowing, thump when the radio turns on.
