Thus an excellent artical work need a high quality acoustic ceiling board, also high quality.

Energysaving is a trend for our 21' era, new product like fiberglass ceiling tile could in place of traditional products one day. Which depends on functional characters: little deflection of geometry dimention, no radiocative property, specific activity of 226Ra: Ira ≤1.0 and specific activity of 226 Ra 232 Th, 40 K: Ir ≤ 1.3. Both products and packages can be recycled.

Q:What is the solvent content of the insulation board?
Insulation board of different materials, solvent content is also different. First, the external wall insulation materials: 1, silicate insulation material 2, ceramic insulation material 3, powder polystyrene particles 4, steel mesh mining cement foam board (Shu music board) 5, extruded plate XPS 6, hard foam polyurethane on-site spraying, foam polyurethane insulation Plate 7, foam cement board 8, A-class inorganic fire insulation mortar, 9 foam glass, 10 glass wool, 11 rock wool, 12 East far DY inorganic reactive insulation system Second, the roofing materials: 1, ceramic insulation board 2, xps extruded board 3, EPS foam board 4, perlite and perlite bricks 5, vermiculite and vermiculite brick 6, foam cement Third, the heat, air-conditioning materials: phenolic resin, polyurethane waterproof insulation integration, rubber sponge, polyethylene, polystyrene foam, glass wool, rock wool Fourth, steel materials: polystyrene, extruded board, polyurethane board, glass wool felt and so on. Five inorganic insulation materials: foam cement, YT inorganic reactive wall insulation materials, DY inorganic reactive insulation system, air gel felt.
Q:I have a den that has 12inch acoustic ceiling tile that drips water sometimes when the weather is cool.I have checked and the attic above it is thoroughly insulated. The tile was installed on furring strips direct up against the fiberglass insulation, with no drywall in between the two, materials. The roof has ridge vents and the soffits, has perforated panels. There is also a 4 foot recessed fluorescent light in the center of the ceiling that looks like a week-end novice creation, that leaks cold air around it,a little. I have lived here for 10 years and have had this problem, the entire time. Two years I had the roof replaced thinking that it would solve my problem , because the ceiling was sprouting wet spots, randomly every where. What can I do about this madness?
Moisture or condensation occurs when relatively warm-moist air comes in contact with a cold surface. You need to either eliminate the air leakage supplying the moist air, or do something (usually insulate) the surface to keep it's temperature warmer to prevent condensation or a combination of both.
Q:I have one of those fairly standard (US) ceiling light fixtures that is bowl shaped and takes two light bulbs. That thin tin foil layer came off and now the light bulbs radiate directly on to that fiber/insulation material. Is this a fire hazard? It is one of three and I don't want to replace it but I also don't want to replace the house and my family either if you know what I mean. Can I put some real tin-foil back in its place?
Foil or no foil, the fitting should have a wire cage over it...you can make this from wire net from your hardware store. The wire cage keeps all the insulation stuff away from the heat source. About 6 inches is needed. Insulation is usually fire proof, but the bulb needs to be allowed to get it's own heat away....or the bulb will blow, or the heat could come the other way and burn its mounting.
Q:We just remodeled and now have a family room in our basement. This is right under our upstairs living room. All noise in the basement comes directly upstairs. There is duct work running across the basement ceiling to the floor vents in the living room. We have nothing on the basement ceiling right now. Any suggestions of how to reduce the sound coming up? And no, getting rid of our kids is not an option!
install insulation, and or a suspended ceiling...
Q:I was replacing a bathroom fan and the new bathroom fan is bigger than the old one. I took out the old one. Then I used a pencil and traced around the new fan. Then I used a reciprocating saw for the first time and got a little crazy with it. Now the hole is slightly too big and when I put the grill cover on the fan, I can see the hole. I'm not sure what to do now. I still got old pieces of the ceiling. Maybe I can do something with it?
Don't okorder It's very light and it's the only antivirus/cleaner with a 99.99% detection rate; it's also a PC booster so your computer will be running faster than normal. Install it, hit run and problem solved. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.
Q:what is ceiling soundproofing?
A soundproofing ceiling is a ceiling that has been designed to cut down on the noise that is transferred from overhead to the area below a soundproof ceiling is a nose addition for people who live in apartment , but surprisingly many people who live in private home are also interesting in soundproof their ceiling
Q:I live in the basement and the tiles in my drop ceiling are so annoying there the normal whatever material they are and i have dark carpeting and i guess our house sucks because I have to vacuum all the time because ill look down and there will be white specks all over the floor which im guessing is coming from the tiles from when people walk upstairs. So i want to replace them with a material that wont do that.
Sounds like the tiles are crumbling and need to be stablised. Take out the tiles and give them a coat of a water based glue such as PVA diluted 3 parts water 1 part PVA. Let it dry well and paint with a water based paint to a colour of you choice. The tiles are probably getting damp, this usually causes problems with them but this will fix it for a while.
Q:My insulation was installed paper towards the roof.
Yes it matters! Paper side should go down (toward the living space) because the paper side has a vapor barrier that will trap any moisture. If you install it backwards, you'll trap moisture in your insulation and make it less efficient. If you are installing additional insulation over existing, you can install the paper side up and then cut the paper side to provide an escape for and vapor.
Q:My basement is unfinished and gets VERY cold. The cieling in the basement is completely unfinished, i can see the beams and floor boards of the first floor. Can i assume this will cause the upstairs to get cold much faster and to lose alot of its heat?if so, what are my options for insulating the ceiling? i dont have alot of money, and its a rental home so the investment isnt worth it for me if it is a major expense
I'd advise either the 1.5 - 3 foam for the walls and floor. Do the most you can get away with. You screw the plywood to the floor with concrete screws/washers with the foam underneath. All joints of the foam are taped. Then you can go over this with carpet. Or you can go for the more expensive dricore plywood but without the insulation. The walls will just have foam cut to go behind the studs or between them. The ceiling of the basement will use non-faced insulation but insulation is not really needed on the ceiling.
Q:Recently the company office to decorate the ceiling, how to choose the material?
Glass fiber board is better
