- While this sounds like a cool look, you could get this affect with a table and backless stools. Something like this would be widely available. Have you gone to the HGTV website to look for the item? You can research by show. Good luck.
- Q: I am currently a freshman in high school. I am third chair clarinet in band overall. This is pretty good, and I am expected to do well. The only thing is, I'm not expected to get first chair until my senior year because the 2nd chair is a sophomore (the first chair is moving soon so he's not an issue) and she's expected to get first chair each year. While I do realize being third chair as a freshman is quite good, I don't want to wait until I'm a senior to make first chair. I know that next year there will be a freshman who is quite good (she's in eighth grade and already knows her scales 3 octaves) and may pose as competition. However I don't want to have to think that she is competition. I want to be able to know each time that I will be first chair. I want the sophomore above me to not always expect to be first chair. So my question is, what can I do to ensure that I am first chair? For our auditions we have sight-reading and scales with tone being taken into account considerably.
- I okorder Here are some random tips to help you on your way! -Find the best private teacher in your area, preferably somebody who plays a principle part in a local symphony -Learn and memorize all of your Major, Natural Minor, Harmonic Minor, Melodic Minor scales and arrpegios, scales in thirds,etc. Also learn and practice all of the modes to get them down well. -Learn Music theory to understand the music better. Find a theory teacher, and work hard.

- so you have an air shock under the chair that is supposed to hold you up but it leaks air so the chair stays in the lower position all the time? You may be able to replace the seals in the shock, or replace the shock itself. See if you can find the name of the company that made it and the model number and call them about your options. If the shocks are the same size and look the same, you can try switching them.

- vacuum it real good,then try a wet cloth with a little bit of vinegar on it, ring cloth out so it's not dripping . test a spot first to see if it turns the color, if it's all right then lightly wipe the chair down,Don't get it real wet. if this doesn't work then try the same thing with a good smelling dish detergent instead of vinegar..Do not have the cloth very wet.

- Maybe cut a quarter of them out, then find some way to secure actual seats and backs of chairs to them. Then add supportive legs. I wish I had a way to visually show you what I mean,but I hope you understand that. If not that way, then perhaps, depending on how big they are, you could eihter cut them in half or leave them whole and put two next to eachother forming a couch and use two more (or two halves) as the back. Either way be sure to secure some sort of padding onto it, because tires arent' the comfiest things to sit on. Good luck! Sounds like a creative plan. If neither way of mine works, try googling it.
