Q:I want a lightweight, easy to use, vacuum with good suction. Any suggestions? I don't want to spend more than 300.00. Also, does anyone know what is the suction power I am looking for for hosehold use.
You need the AMPS to determine the suction power the more AMPS they have the better suction power you'll get- but here is a very, very good vacuum to look into- It is a Bissel Powerforce Bagless Vacuum-my son bought his at Wal-mart and I use his all the time! It has 4 re-usable filters that you can rinse out and an attachment brush that has rotaion on it that I use on my bed and once after I had washed my bed spread it had those little lint pills all over it that I tried to shave off- well I tried this attachment and it took them off like it was nothing! I think he only paid like maybe $100 or less for his and it is now MY favorite vacuum!
Q:What is the real reason Vacuum Cleaners have a head light on the front of it?
For those bored people who vacuum at night.lol not really if your going under a couch or something you probably want to see what your sucking up right? Hey, i found the remote!
Q:How many people worldwide have vacuum cleaners?
Oh My! I don't believe anyone would even want to conduct such a survey; but so far with the previous answer there are 4!!!!
Q:My roommate is allergic to cats, and when I got my kitty I told her that if her allergies got too bad, I'd send him to live with my dad, but I do NOT want to do that and am trying to find a good vacuum for someone with allergies. I'm looking for something with a HEPA filter. Can be bagless or have bags. I'd really prefer an upright to a canister. Looking in the price range of $60-$200, but willing to hear suggestions for more expensive models. MUST HELP REDUCE ALLERGENS!!
People okorder / okorder it has a six-layer filtering system (including the HEPA, germicidal UV, and active carbon filter) and odor, dust and allergen sensors which easily detect pet dander, dust mites, chemicals, pollen, mold spores and many more.
Q:That has good suction that is under $100? I assume the Dyson would be good but they are 220 and 270 dollars. I don't want one with weak suction.
Hi, okorder /... Hope this helps.
Q:how are vacuums and airplanes similar?
vacuum cleaners, not the vacuum of space, right? Probably the cyclonic nature of the engine that creates the suction.
Q:Which make of vacuum is better for it's money?
Definitely the Rainbow, The Kirby used Bags which even though it uses Hepa Filtered bags, it still leaves dust behind. I know because I own the newest one right now. and in the process of getting a Rainbow. My parents had a Rainbow and I got so used to using the Rainbow that when I got the Kirby thinking it was better Vacuum I quickly found out that it was not. I get burning eyes and nose from the the air that it blows out. Also, it you were to vacuum over a wet spot you would need to quickly change the bag, cause mold grows in the bag and leaves a horrible smell. I have kids, who are constantly spilling things on my carpet so that's my problem. But when using the attachments on the Kirby they easily come apart while using them so they get stuck under beds and furniture where you have to crawl under to fish them out. Also when using it as a shampooer, you immediately have to change the bag and it leaves your carpet very wet. and doesn't do a good shampoo job. Rainbow is so, so, so much worth the cost. No paying $16 a month on bags just dump the water out. I am in the process of getting a Rainbow and dumping my Kirby!
Q:i forced her before will she hate me forever and never take bath
sometimes running water and vacuum cleaners and heavy metal makes birds want to take a bath. my cockatiel will land on my shoulder when i wash dishes and by the time i'm done with the dishes she is all worked up croaking and fluffing out her feathers that when i give her a spray bath with warm water she opens her wings and turns around and fluffs out for me! but at any other time she would not like it. buy a bird-bath spray in a pet store. you don't need to keep using it, you just need a spray bottle that never had chemicals in it, you can re-fill it with water. put the bird in the cage and take out all the food to keep it from getting wet. The spray the bird, but try to make the water fall on top of the bird, so spray over the bird to give it a rain shower, don't spray AT the bird. i think this sort of spray-bath is least painful for the bird in that the bird won't hate you too much. give your bird a treat of millet afterward. some birds will bathe themselves if you just leave a dish of water out for 'em. try leaving one out for a month or 6 months and see if the bird uses it.
Q:Getting women is like selling vacuum cleaners...knock on enough doors and you WILL make a sale!Always keep that in mind when you think that there is no hope or some chick is doing you wrong. There are literally hundreds of chicks out there that are right for you just in your area! You just have to put forth the EFFORT into finding them, it a numbers game.It took me awhile of selling vacuum cleaners, but eventually I got the sale that allowed me to retire. This concept also applies for the ladies, however they aren't usually the one's doing the quot;knockingquot;.
Interesting..
Q:I've never had one so any opinion would really help.THANKS...
I have only owned one robot vacuum, and that's a Roomba Discovery. I LOVE IT!!! I do still vacuum weekly with my regular vacuum. Roomba will only get floors, and won't vacuum couches, beds, etc. This may not make a big difference to you, but if you have pets like me it's huge. Anyway, back to the question at hand. I love my Roomba. I sit it in the middle of a room once or twice a week and it keeps everything cleaner. I dust less. It's easier to vacuum when I do use the regular vacuum. If you have large open areas, you may also want to invest in the longer life battery. As for others, I have only heard what other people think. And ALL have said that the only one to own is the Roomba Discovery. I guess I lucked out starting with that one. I saw on the iRobot website the other day that they have a newer one called a Dirt Dog, or something like that. I believe that's designed for pet hair pick up so that's something to keep in mind. Cons - not many. It vacuums for you. You don't do much.
