FAQ
Q: What's the difference with cyclonic to multi-cyclonic filtration system?
Multi-cyclonic is where the dust container has a plastic filter section inside and has many little tunnels in it that separate the finer dust and dirt for the next filter and there is no HEPA filter in the middle plastic filter section.
Cyclonic filtration is where there is a central HEPA filter that sits inside the dust container and catches the finer dust.
Q: My vacuum just stopped while I was using it! What do I do now?
All of our vacuum cleaners have been fitted with a thermal safety cut-off switch which activates to stop the motor from burning out. When it does that it will prevent the unit from turning on again until it has cooled sufficiently to reset, which is between 2 – 4 hrs. The most common reason for safety cut-off switch activated is the filters needs to be cleaned. Please read the instruction manual and follow the instructions on how to clean the filters.
- Q:I need a good one that has edge cleaner, easy to maneuver, not too heave (under 20lbs) and quality. I like the bag-less type. Thanks for your input.

- Q:I've been waiting for it.
- According to Dyson they have advertised that Our vacuum cleaners really suck. Electrolux has advertised their products with Nothing sucks like an Electrolux. I have no idea who was first or if others have also used similar slogans. I have read complaints about Black and Decker products where it was stated that the only product they make that does not suck is their vacuum. Personally I have not had much experience with their products but with the couple I have had they were OK considering most were less expensive and for small occasional jobs they were sufficient. For serious working I have my quality tools that also carried much higher prices. For air pumps that plug into a vehicle lighter socket I can say that my Black and Decker air pump has been excellent having filled many bike tires, wheel barrow tires and other things. After 25 years it still blows.
- Q:Can anyone please help me! I am soooo serious here...I have purchased two vacuum cleaners and they both SUCK. Bissel allergy one with the canister that you empty...It does not vacuum well at all, I can pick up stuff off the carpets better that the that. And then I bought a eureka vacuum from costco, not only is it hard to push, 4 months the screw came off the handle and is in the vaccum itself.....It is supposed to be industrial, and it is with a bag....and NEVER ever have I seen such scrap....I have new carpets so that is not the problem here...I also have pets....I do not want a tyson 3000 or whatever they are called...although they say they are good, and after what I have spent in these 2 vacuums I should have bought the tyson...So any suggestions or what you like would be appreciated...I am just fed up with picking up JUNK :PThanks you all..

- Q:I am needing to get a new vacuum. I have a dog and cat, so I want something that is going to pick up the fur and not get clogged easily. Which vacuum do you recommend?
- This Site Might Help You. RE: Bissell VS Eureka Vacuum Cleaners...which is better? I am needing to get a new vacuum. I have a dog and cat, so I want something that is going to pick up the fur and not get clogged easily. Which vacuum do you recommend?
- Q:We were also thinking of a VAX. The make we have is Goblin but it's not working so well. Thanks.
- Bissell is popular but actually the shark is super great and relatively inexpensive.
- Q:Which do you own more of?
- Brooms x3
- Q:I hear great things about there products but don't the cost something like $500. who owns one and do you like it?
- In the past, I have bought vacuum cleaners that were less expensive, only to have them wear out, break, or completely die on me within a couple of years. Dyson has put in so much time and energy into the designing of his vacuums that you never have to worry about them wearing out before their time has truly come. My Dyson is incredible. It's well designed, picks up everything in sight, never loses suction, and is so cool looking that even my man volunteers to vacuum. They truly thought of everything when they designed the Dyson vacuums. I have an Animal at work, which is a great upright, and a stow-away one at home. As an added bonus, neither of them need bags. Yes, they're expensive, but they last a long time, and do a good job, so in my books, it's worth it.
