FAQ

Q: What's the difference with cyclonic to multi-cyclonic filtration system?

Multi-cyclonic is where the dust container has a plastic filter section inside and has many little tunnels in it that separate the finer dust and dirt for the next filter and there is no HEPA filter in the middle plastic filter section.

Cyclonic filtration is where there is a central HEPA filter that sits inside the dust container and catches the finer dust.

Q: My vacuum just stopped while I was using it! What do I do now?

All of our vacuum cleaners have been fitted with a thermal safety cut-off switch which activates to stop the motor from burning out. When it does that it will prevent the unit from turning on again until it has cooled sufficiently to reset, which is between 2 – 4 hrs. The most common reason for safety cut-off switch activated is the filters needs to be cleaned. Please read the instruction manual and follow the instructions on how to clean the filters.

Q: i want to know why my vaccum is too loud feel like vibrate/loud? Its Hoover Fusion any idea i should look at it? thanks
if it was not always loud , it may be plugged , with it unplugged take it apart and make sure it's not full of stuff, just follow the path of where the dirt goes.
Q: How many vacuum cleaners do you have?
4 - A Miele Callisto, a Miele Broom, A Sebo Upright, A Dyson DC 17. They are all great
Q: quot; Our vacuum cleaners suck more than all of the others!:)
yeah, if you are trying to make them laugh but if something goes wrong, even though it's quite normal for something to go wrong, they might refer to the quote suck more than other even though it was meant as a joke at the time
Q: I'm shopping for a new bagless vacuum. I'm not worried about allergies, but I don't want dust flying back out of my vacuum. While one that uses a micro-filtratation may be cheaper than one with a HEPA filter, will it meet my need?
Bag less are terrible regardless of the hype. Check out a vacuum cleaner called a Sanitaire....they might have a web site A cleaner is different that a sweeper. A true cleaner actually lifts the carpet so air can move through it and clean deeper and better. Vacuum sweepers pickup far less. You will be much happier with a bag type. I have a Dyson and it is awful. Rethink the bag less idea. you will be sorry if yo buy one
Q: If sound doesn't travel in a vacuum, Why are vacuum cleaners always so noisy?
I guess because u dont hear the sound IN the cleaner, U hear the sound generated in the OUTSIDE of the cleaner, thats what we hear
Q: im just really curious about it and whats the difference with the conventional vacuum cleaner?is it worth buying?
they clean dirty steam
Q: My roommate is allergic to cats, and when I got my kitty I told her that if her allergies got too bad, I'd send him to live with my dad, but I do NOT want to do that and am trying to find a good vacuum for someone with allergies. I'm looking for something with a HEPA filter. Can be bagless or have bags. I'd really prefer an upright to a canister. Looking in the price range of $60-$200, but willing to hear suggestions for more expensive models. MUST HELP REDUCE ALLERGENS!!
People okorder / okorder it has a six-layer filtering system (including the HEPA, germicidal UV, and active carbon filter) and odor, dust and allergen sensors which easily detect pet dander, dust mites, chemicals, pollen, mold spores and many more.
Q: Is a Sebo Vacuum approved by the allergy and asthma foundation
Well upon doing a little search i found this excerpt from Sebo .uk All SEBO vacuum cleaners are of anti-allergy design, indeed a SEBO machine was the first vacuum cleaner to be endorsed by the British Allergy Foundation for its overall anti-allergy design as opposed to just its filtration.
Q: I've been waiting for it.
LOL...............I think that could be very clever! I would laugh,,,,,,,,,,,,,and I would watch that commercial!
Q: Is Dyson the best vacuum or are the bagged vacuum still actually clean better, we just put in laminate hardwood floors last year and this year we are replacing all the carpet and want it to last!
the bagged vacuum cleaners work ok but it is trying to finding the bags when they stop making that model. a good vacuum last at least 5 to 7 years. i personally went for the Eureka pet fresh. 1 for the pet attachment. 2.) the cost because i have family members that don't respect the tools needed for cleaning the house. and 3.) the biggest on of all more suction power it is still 12 amps but when you put the pet adapter on it is turbo...people think i am odd but it works. i am a female male i want my power tools to work and kick butt. i don't have time to clean with half as tools. 4.) finally it has no bags it does have filters, I find having a bag less vacuum i can clean it monthly and it does not have any issues and i do empty the container after every vacuum use. the Dyson is my goal. and oh yes the Eureka is heavy
