You should be cleaning it 1-2 times a day with a saline solution, such as H2Ocean, or a salt soak that should last 5-10 minutes. - NO 1 you dont have a hollow needle, with out one its not gonna make a hole by taking out the piece ear you wont pierced its just gonna push it over that thats gonna have it way easyer for infection 2 thats around alot of nerve you kinda have to know what your doing 3 even if you do know what your doing once you get it through the 1st hole your gonna want to stop cuz of the pain and you wont be albe to position yourself you way a professional would in order to be able to get it done fast 4 its really easy to get an infection with any piercing epically if its not done properly by a professional trust me i have seen some really nasty stuff wake into the shop asking for help and most of them all did it them selfs
