First of all it doesn't matter what insurance company you are with, but the type of policy that you have. Deductibles also vary depending on what your policy says. Second, this does not sound like an accident or crime that was reported to authorities, more like your stupidity. Most auto insurance damage coverage if for damage occurred during an accident (collision) or theft. This doesn't appear to qualify unless you were somehow involved in a single car collision where you maybe fell asleep at the wheel and then parked your car on top of a sidewalk. At least that can be the story that you tell the police on the report, which is what the insurance company will likely need to classify it as an accident and then be able to take action to fix Read your policy and find out what type of coverage you do have or contact your agent. Dont go directly to the insurance company just yet. Unless you are paying an obscene amount of money for insurance you probably dont have super coverage where they would just fix anything wrong with your car. Depending on the type of your car, replacing it yourself could be cheaper than paying any associated deductibles or higher premiums due to the accident. On a side note, please be aware of your insurance coverage type before buying it. You should know if your insurance will cover this. You could be paying more for an inferior product. You wouldn't buy anything else without knowing exactly what you are paying for would you?
Q:Gardenersnet recommends warming the bottoms of the seedling cupswould a heating blanket, on the lowest setting, be too hot? I don't want to cook my poor plants!
As far as the scientist today know all the laws of physics as we know in the surrounding atomic world fail to exist in black holes, survival of information is one of the laws basically, so nobody really knows yet what happens in there, there are some theories about this, you can only choose which one is more close to what you believe really, hopefully with the new space telescope (james watt i think its called) scientist will get some answers in the years to come, good luck
Q:Howard was hit in the eye vs the Celtics which caused his eye to turn red and affect him while on court. Howard said he tried to wear the goggles during a warm-up and said he didn't like it. Tonight, the Magic are playing the Clippers. So, should Howard wear them for safety or just play without them?
Clothes were invented by alistair foxington in 625 ad after a game of poxer.
Q:The smoke detectors I have are all connected and have a fuse in the fuse box, so when one tests itself they all test itself. They are battery backups as well and they are continuously going off for no reason. I have changed batteries and still they go off for no reason. Is there anything I can do.
Nope, don't have that problem, My Wife takes care of all of my wet dream situations!! :-)
Q:My attorney has not been working quickly at all. For the last few months he tells me he is going to file suit in 2 to 3 weeks but never does. This has happened at least 3 times. That's 6 to 9 weeks of doing nothing on my file. Now he tells me it will be 8 more weeks. I'm tired of it so I fired him. Now he sends out a letter to the insurance company that and to me that he is not relieving me of attorney's fees of 33-1/3 percent. Firstly, he never completed the contract with a date of occurence nor otherwise referrenced the incident so it is invalid anyway and secondly he was being paid on a contingency basis anyway - he never recovered anything so he is not getting paid. He referred to Mandell and Wright vs. Thomas, 441 SW2nd 841 which, as I read it, has no bearing on this case.
I've never seen a smoke detector that didn't require simple D-cell batteries, and this beeping is a common indicator of replacement batteries. Weird. However, you did your job; you called maintenance as soon as you could (unless they provided you with an emergency number that you did not call). Smoke detectors are serious business, and landlords need to make sure they are functioning properly. I don't understand how they think they can charge you for it, when it seems it just got old and needed to be replaced. Taking the cover off wouldn't damage a smoke detector. It can still function properly without it (trust me, I've seen it). I would fight it. Ask them what the damages are, specifically, and why they expect you to pay for what I would consider normal maintenance. When they can't provide an answer, tell them you expect it to be dismissed.
Q:Its to cold to smoke outside, and I have a smoke detector in my apartment. What can I do beside taping up the smoke detector?
I too get paranoid when I see straight pins or safety pins in fitting rooms. I always want to put on latex gloves and pick them up. But then what do you do with them? However, HIV does not survive long on most surfaces. The issue with HIV (and STDs) and needles is that needles are hollow and provide a protected, moist, environment for viruses. Straight pins and safety pins are not hollow. And while Hepatitis B and C are capable of surviving in dried blood, the chances that an infected person deliberately contaminated and dropped a straight pin in a dressing room is infinitesimal (very, very, very small). The same applies to STDs as well. I certainly understand your paranoia. If I'm in public and I get a scratch from something (such as the sharp corner of a display shelf) I immediately worry that it was deliberately contaminated with a deadly virus. Someone once accidentally kicked me with a pointy-toed shoe in a theater, and I started worrying that she had put something contagious on the shoe, then kicked me. Yes, I'm paranoid, and it's a little funny sometimes when I stop and think about it. You are much, much more likely to get the common cold virus (rhinovirus) from a surface than you are to get HIV or STDs from the same surface.
