- Thers absolutely no right or wrong way to combo bench presses! actually the more you vary it the better! I guess the flat is the best for overall strength, but its good to mix it up and try different angles at which you put pressure on the pectorial muscle! This way you can keep track on prograssion in multiple ways! So just do whatever you want in which ever order, keep the body guessing! Also play around with the sets and reps im sure you can appreciate between buildin size and sterngth bit it good to vary it from now and again!
- Q: I'm looking for a pressed powder that lasts up to six hours at least six hours, doesn't dry out skin and has a good shade selection. I have medium dark skin. My budget is ?5 and I live in the UK. And I also have one more question. What is the difference between pressed powder and translucent powder? - Rimmle Stay Matte Pressed Powder: Skin Colours and Translucent Soap and Glory One Heck of a Blot: Just Translucent Are my two favourites from the drugstore. There is not real difference in translucent and pressed they are a different objective kinda, if you have a pressed powder it is compact, the opposite would be a loose powder like bare minerals. Translucent means thats you wont be getting extra coverage with some cheaper pressed powders though they say they are Translucent on darker skins they can some times come of a little chalky so I would go for the rimmle. - Q: What is the difference between bench pressing with a bar and benching with a machine? I use a machine and bench 180lb, but my friends tell me it's easier on a machine than it is a bar. I've done both at 160lb before and I don't notice a difference.

- bench press will work your chest/shoulders/triceps. it emphasizes each muscle differently depending on your grip width. if you have a wide grip, you will mostly work your chest. if you have a close grip, then youre gonna work your triceps. if you do it at an incline, then youre gonna be doing upper chest and shoulders
