Q: The old faucet on my bathroom sink is a single handled one. Can I change it to a double handled one?
Yes. All faucets have 2 supplies. One for hot water and one for cold. As long as you know what the hole pattern is for your sink, just get a new faucet that fits that hole distance.
Q: The sink in my bathroom is backing up. Does anybody have any trick to unclog it. I'm not sure about using drain'o. I heard that just makes it worse.
The teflon ring between the drain & the p-trap did not seat properly. This is a common problem. Buy a new teflon ring (gasket), install and tighten. Don't over tighten as this will distort the gasket. On the other hand, the silicon sealant works well also. It just doesn't look as nice.
Q: Artificial stone basin where to do some
Generally larger artificial stone processing plants or production plants can provide, but need to have a certain amount, whether this high cost and time-consuming, trouble;
Q: My bathroom sink is dripping, I don't even know how I managed to see it because its only dripping maybe once a minute. Both handles are tight. Not sure whats going on with it, and no one in the house knows anything about plumbing. Just need to know maybe a good place to start looking for a problem.
The washer needs to be changed; they're rubber and over time they fail. (Especially if you've been overtightening them!) However, if no one in the house knows anything about plumbing (really?), then you better just pay a plumber. You could do a lot of damage if you try to repair a faucet and don't know what you're doing. Just watch what he's doing so you can do it yourself next time, because it really is a waste. You're probably looking at replacing a 10-cent washer and you're going to pay a plumber at least $50 to do it for you. On second thought, maybe you should try a little harder to find someone who knows something about plumbing. That's an awful lot to pay just to learn how to replace a washer.
Q: Toilet reserved hole size squatting, sitting, urinals, basin and so on
Wall tiles 100
Q: My bathroom sink has a really, REALLY slow drain. Im not sure of what the parts are called so bare with me. I was able to take the bottom pipe, at that makes the u, at the bottom of the sink drain out and there was nothing there. I looked up, through the sink drain and that was clear. I then took a snake and put it into the wall and snaked the pipe as far as I could. I did get "gunk" and I thought that I cleared whatever was blocking the pipe creating the slow drain, but apparently I didnt. Right now Im just waiting for the sink to drain again to take that U off so I can snake the wall again. Thats all I can think of doing. Is there anything else for me to do, or is just keep snaking it my only option?
Not a plumber but I would try a longer snake or use compressed air with the pipes full of water.
Q: Help! The cleaning lady somehow disconnected the stopper in my bathroom sink from the lever that moves the stopper up and down. Now its in the down position, a sink full of water and I cant get the stopper out!!
Use a knife tip in the small ring around the stopper, to lift the stopper drain out the water without flooding your cabinet. Then you can crawl underneath the sink. Loosen the big nut at the back of the drain on the vertical pipe and re set the stopper inside the pipe as the other person has already mentioned. Or you can leave the stopper out until a plumber can help you.
Q: Because my house is small, the bathroom is small, the balcony trapezoidal, really can not think of the place where the washing machine, so I want the washing machine under the basin, 8 know feasible, txm talk about it.
I checked it, drum washing machine height generally above 850mm
Q: Bathroom small pots choose what kind of good, wall length 1 m, width 60 cm, please help
You can choose a small bowl-type basin, elegant and without losing the atmosphere, suitable for small area bathroom use. General size between 40X55, just for your space like this.
Q: It is a bathroom sink
I have replaced an entire bathroom on a houseboat. Used a normal bathroom sink and copper pipe. I would rather have used PVC, but yes its no different than a regular sink.
