- Q: How many kinds of butterfly valves are there?
- 1. according to the structure classification (1) Central sealing butterfly valve (2) single eccentric sealed butterfly valve (3) double eccentric sealed butterfly valve (4) three eccentric sealed butterfly valve2., according to the sealing material classification (1) soft sealing butterfly valve. (2) metal hard sealing butterfly valve.3. according to the form of sealing classification (1) forced sealing butterfly valve (2) pressure sealed butterfly valve.4. classification according to working pressure (1) vacuum butterfly valve. 2) low pressure butterfly valve. (3) medium pressure butterfly valve. (4) high pressure butterfly valve. (5) ultra high pressure butterfly valve.5. classification by working temperature (1) high temperature butterfly valve. (2) medium temperature butterfly valve. (3) normal temperature butterfly valve. (4) low temperature butterfly valve. (5) ultra low temperature butterfly valve.
- Q: How do you explain A in butterfly valve D37A1?
- Represents a seal or lining material symbol.Said sealing ring or lining material with the Chinese phonetic alphabet: B Babbitts D nitrided steel, acid resistant stainless steel H, J L Aluminum Alloy, hard rubber, nylon NL, P leather, SA PTFE, SC PVC, SD bakelite, T copper, TC enamel, X rubber, Y hard alloy
- Q: What is the medium flow rate when the centerline butterfly valve is fully open?
- After inspection, the product certificate shall be attached to the factory.Butterfly: also known as butterfly valve, control valve has a simple structure, can be used for low pressure pipeline valve switching control is closed parts (disc or disc) is a disk, around the valve axis to achieve the opening and closing a valve, the valve can be used to control air, water, steam, all kinds of corrosive media, mud, oil, metals and radioactive liquid media and other types of fluid flow.
- Q: The flow ratio of area and maximum flow area of the valve is? If it refers to the opening of the valve rotation angle? Butterfly linear closure refers to the butterfly valve at constant angular velocity close? When the change trend of flow is what? These valves problem bothering me for a long time,
- Butterfly valve "opening - flow" curve in the flow of 25%-75%, that section is basically linear. That is, the opening of 40%, that flow is about 40%Butterfly valve opening degree of 0.5, should be opened 50%, that is, opening to 45 degrees;
- Q: Butterfly valve switch direction respectively?
- If there is no arrow on the handwheel, the indicator on the turbine has been damaged, you can put your ear on the wall of the pipe, turn the handwheel, and through the sound of the pipe medium to determine the direction of the switch.
- Q: What is the working principle of the electric butterfly valve, and what's the difference between the butterfly valve and the butterfly valve?
- What's the difference between a worm valve and a manual butterfly valve? The turbine can light and close the valve here. It is more labor-saving and reliable. It is closed and open. Manual operation is relatively difficult, but the manual action is very fast. Fast switching.
- Q: i was changing valve seals and two dropped i can see the head of the valve but a magnet wont pull them up i put air the spark plug hole too but no luck 1985 ford bronco II
- The valve head is larger then the valve port, so it's not coming out of there. Pull the head.
- Q: Three eccentric hard sealing butterfly valve, why not fit in the end of the pipe?
- The sealing ring will hold up. It does not fit in with the flange end of the pipeline, this addition is the most common and convenient pipeline after purge and easily add pipeline.
- Q: Butterfly valve D71X-1.6C, DN50, there is no difference between C and no C? What do you mean by "concrete"?
- The C indicates that the material is carbon steel and does not indicate cast iron (generally omitted)
- Q: Hi guys, i asked a question before pertaining to the amount of cylinders and asking if it meant V4 or V6 or whatever.I actually meant to say VALVES, not cylinders. IS there a direct correlation between VALVES and Clyinders..Eg, My car, which is a 2001 Neon LE states right on the engine block quot;16 VALVEquot; in bright letters. I am sure this is a 4 cylinder engine. I haven't had a car that broadcasted the number of VALVES before. Another car I had broadcast that is was a 3.3 Liter V6 right on the engine. Is there a mathematical relationship between VALVES and cylinders, or would my car be braodcasting 16 VALVES, because a 4 cylinder doesn't typically HAVE 16 valves, or what is the story??Recently, I was looking at an altima, and it said 24 valves. Can you tell just by the number of valves if it is a 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder or whatever??Thanks.
- All engines require one intake and one exhaust valve per cylinder. Period. That said, some engines are equipped with two intake and two exhaust valves per cylinder. So a four cylinder engine will be labeled as either an 8 valve or a 16 valve engine. And so forth for a six cylinder or an eight cylinder engine. In the motorcycle world, there are the rare engines equipped with either three valves per cylinder or five valves per cylinder. So if a manufacturer is advertising the number of valves per cylinder right on the car or engine, you can bet that engine is equipped with four valves per cylinder. 4 valves per cylinder is more expensive to manufacture than a 2 valve engine, but there is better performance with 4 valves per cylinder. To the last part of your question, 24 valves equates to a 6 cylinder engine. 24/4 = 6 (cylinders). I know of no engines with 6 valves per cylinder. Also Altimas are not available with 8 cylinder engines. Good Luck
