Q:I have heard that bench pressing is bad for swimmers because it can mess up their range of motion...Is this true?If not, should I consider it as a swimmer and could it help me improve?: truth be told i mean working the muscles out is good but bench pressing is a no 1 it will make you bulky and stock you up which makes it harder to swim fast and stay aflot[muscle is denser than fat] so yeah you'll have muscle to swim with fats but the fact that you can't stay afloat will slow you down. dry land = a swimmer's besty if no pool is available bench press= your frenemy it helps but it can also crush you to be honest stay away from it if you can.

Q:Ok, so I got my hands on a 1920-1930s Phonola record player and I have some records that came with it, the music in them is really really outdated but cool. But I would like to create some records of my own. Any ideas on how to press, and record audio in them: It sounds like you have a player and not a recorder which is a complicated process and involves several pieces of equipment that you will have to purchase and will be very hard to find. You could look on Ebay for a wax mastering recorder then you will have to get a vinyl press and the vinyl blanks wow ! I am at a loss for this one because you could end up spending hundreds of thousands of dollars acquiring these items which are now mostly in the smithsonian. Or just for Dumbells ?: it IS a bench press no doubt but it looks like you might have to buy the bar and weights yourself not worth it buy a bench press that comes with some weights and bar....believe it or not the heavier the weights the more expensive they will become lifting correctly wont stunt your growth

Q:Does pressed powder cover up redness on your face???How can i cover redness up??: No a pressed powder is used after a foundation to make it last all day to cover up redness use a green color correcter and use a concealer over top the green correcter make sure you us the correcter on top of your foundation to prevent it from wearing down over the day. Q:How to breathe while doing standing military press?: I am assuming you mean a overhead barbell/dumbbell press. If so, you exhale on the hard part (pushing the weight up), and you inhale on the easy part (lowering the weight). EDIT: Not if you do the valsalva-maneuver. How you blow up a balloon. You forcefully exhale through pinched lips. It’s kind of like holding your breath while exhaling. That way you keep your abdominal area isometrically contracted for spinal support. It is not recommended for those with hypertension. You also have to be careful because if you do it too long, you can pass out -- it restricts (while increasing blood pressure) blood flow to the head (as well as other parts of the body). It can also cause an extreme drop in blood pressure at the end of a really heavy lift involving a long valsalva-maneuver (which can also cause you to pass out). So, I would recommend letting the weight down as quick as possible after a heavy lift involving a long valsalva-maneuver -- especially if you begin to feel light headed. Q:Ok I was at a party last night and two psychos crashed in punching my friends and then chasing me into the living room. They cornered me and i was terrified so I picked up a small coffee table to use as a weapon but i was too scared to hit them. Q:Will US Customs press charges against a Canadian?I was shipping some personal items (clothing, books, documents etc.) to the US through UPS from Canada and US Customs found a very small amount (only 2 pill bottles) of what they call steroids. I was told that the packages were returned to Sender (Sender being me) as a result. Will US Customs pursue this further? Will they press charges? What will more than likely happen? I am a Canadian citizen.: I wouldn't say that two bottles are a very small amount. It is doubtful that US Customs will pursue you in another country, especially if they are legal in your country.
