It takes cold-formed Rib-Grip jointing system to connect the tubes with aluminum cast joints. High strength tubing is hydraulically cold-formed to lock mechanically into pre-cast grooves outside and inside the heat-treated joints Aluminum fittings. This method of producing aluminum scaffolding components gives tensile joint strengths up to three times greater, than that of traditional welded types, and the national detected shows that the pulling-out force of jointing reaches to 4 ton.

Q:I got my scaffold piercing 6 days ago, with titanium, and it was fine until yesterday.I had a couple of nights out and might have knocked it a few times, but yesterday it was swollen, red, throbbing and very painful. There is no liquid coming from it. It seems to have got worse today.I have been following the aftercare advice and cleaning it several times a day with rock salt solution and (up until yesterday) savlon antiseptic spray. Is it just irritated or is it infected? How long should I wait before I go to the doctor? If it is infected, will I have to take it out or just take antibiotics? Thanks!
It's irritated. If it was infected, it would be oozing green or yellow gunk:) If it gets to that point, go to the doctor. Until then, just treat is regularly with salt solution:) Hope this helped!
Q:Sweeping rod, large cross bar, small cross bar, scissors brace, vertical pole, right angle fastener, rotating fastener, butt joint fastener, even wall piece! If there is a cantilever frame, the main beam, steel wire rope, such as pull down support
Mobile scaffolding is the main frame, cross frame, cross diagonal brace, foot board, adjustable base and other components. The cross rod is also called the diagonal pull rod, and is a cross connecting rod which is vertically connected with the two door frames. The part of both ends of the rod part is punched with a pin hole, and the locking pin on the vertical rod of the door and the frame is locked when assembling.
Q:i just got it like 3 days ago and its no signs of infection and im just worried it might get that way. ive been reading online about people who got infections and people who had all this crap happen. what do i need to do to stop one from coming i mean i use contact solution and cotton swabs wipe it down with wet ones and clean it when i sweat and turn it twice a day.. im always careful about keeping it clean im a neat clean freak but is there anything else i can do to stop infection from coming
go to safepiercing.org for proper aftercare and what to avoid. if you use store bought saline, make sure it is additive free, but, the sea salt soaks on the above site works much better. also, stop turning it. it disrupts the newly forming skin which prolongs healing and makes you more prone to infection. turning the earring is something that comes from the old way of ear piercing (with a gun). it does not apply to any other piercings, and, we know now that it's not good for any piercing. the 'gun piercers' aren't real piercers and don't know anything about it also, it takes up to a year to heal
Q:Right! I've heard from so many different people about this. Some say that you should never twist an industrial because it can damage the delicate newly healing skin cells. Others say that you must twist it to prevent the jewelry from healing attached to the skin and to be able to clean it properly. There really doesn't seem to be a definitive answer! My piercer has said not to twist it, so I haven't been, and I'm happy that the piercing is clean enough, etc. However I'm interested in whether any of you out there have found that not twisting it can damage it more than doing so.Thanks
mine told me to twist it....i twist it like every day haha. nothing bad has happened
Q:Okay so I got a scaffold piercing about 5 days ago now. I've been cleaning it with Claire's piercing stuff. What I do is I pour it onto a little bit of loo roll and squeeze it all out on where the holes are. I have not been twisting it at all, but my friend told me that I should soak it in warm salty water and twist it twice a day. I have no idea what to do now as I have researched it and some people say that I shouldn't twist it because it will drag more bacteria into it and could get it infected. Also I have massive scabs around both ends of the bar, I've tried to pick them off as they are pretty uncomfortable, but it didn't work as they are rock solid, so how do I get these off? I have no idea what to do, my piercer didn't say anything about twisting it just cleaning it twice a day. Oh and if it helps I'm 13:) Thanks. X
Why are you using Claire's crap? You need to be doing sea salt soaks twice a day for 5-10 minutes each soak with 1/4th of a teaspoon of non-iodized sea salt to 8oz of hot water. Don't twist them as that drags in crust and bacteria and tears up the inside of the piercing. Stop trying to pick stuff off from your ear and go have a reputable piercer check out the scabbing, it could be crust it could be something wrong. If your piercer didn't tell you to do sea salt soaks to keep it clean go to a better piercer.
Q:What does scaffold one's days mean? kill time?
In 60 years of using English in Britain I have not come across that expression, so it is probably rare. Scaffolding is put up to help build or repair tall buildings, so possibly that expression means 'to do something useful with one's time.' But a scaffold is also, historically, a place of execution (legal killing of prisoner), so the expression could mean indeed 'wasting time'. I have a faint feeling that 'scaffold one's days' was written by a non-native speaker of British English. It may be more common in the USA.
Q:Exterior wall scaffold construction plan?
Big bar:The large cross bar is arranged above the cross bar, and the inner side of the vertical rod is fastened with a right angle fastener and a vertical rod, and the length of the utility model is not less than 6m of the span of the 3m. The large cross bar is connected with a butt fastener, and the joint is arranged in a staggered way, not in the same time and in the same distance. The horizontal distance of adjacent joints shall not be less than 50cm. The distance from the joint to the riser is not more than 50cm
Q:how did they turn the cells into a polymer for the heart scaffold ?
May have misunderstood. The heart is gently stripped of cells by using a detergent - this leaves the extracelllular matrix - a polymer of collagen - inert and insoluble. New cells (stem cells) will then be added to the structure to repopulate it with living heart muscle which gain coordination and structure from the matrix.
Q:improper design of formwork and scaffolding, not adequate braces and supports, improper handling, corrosion of material is several factor of formwork and scaffolding failure. it is estimated that more than 3000 accidents involving falls from scaffolds and 30 fatalities
I believe that you have covered it all. Improper handling covers my first thought; workers carelessness by not following safety guidlines
Q:Every time someone in medieval times was murdered by the beheading a new scaffold was built for the next prisoner.
Well that's not entirely true; they didn't ALWAYS built a new scaffold. Probably movies let you think so but that was not the case.
