Q: i know the types of coffee cos i usually just buy them from dunkin donuts or starbucksbut i want to buy a french press to save moneyis the coffee made from it good?about the different types of coffee, eg mocha, latte all thatwhat is the type of coffee a french press makes?and finally, i saw some coffee beans at the supermarket that you grind with the machine provided and some of them were called mocha kenya coffee and cappucinoare those for making mochas and cappucinos? or to grind and use in a french press?
The French Press makes great coffee when done correctly. However, it cannot provide the steamed milk for lattes or mocha's and such. You can add dairy to your coffee that you have made in a French Press, but it will have neither the taste of cconsistencyof the 'specialty' coffees you have mentioned. It will simply taste like a great cup of coffee with dairy added...
Q: Whats the best pressed or loose powder to cover up acne scars and for oily skin? I use Revlon colorstay foundation i just need a good drugstore powder!
Hi. I have the specified equal skin as you besides i'm as light as will also be! Haha i use CoverGirl loose powder. It comes in a bit bathtub w/ a brownish prime. As for pressed powder, i've CoverGirl TruBlend but each time I apply pressed powder, my flakiness simply shows up extra so I have a tendency to use pressed w/ a brush too. Additionally, if you are oily in the course of the day, are attempting oil blotting sheets. Smooth and Clear makes some which are slightly low-cost and i've heard just right things about them. Hope this helps!
Q: Whats the average 16 year old bench press? My bench is 365 for 4 reps no cheating. Weigh 235 at about 14% bodyfat offseason. I still think my bench isnt good. As soon as i watch bodybuilders they bench 500 and that drops my motivation. Am i ok though?

Q: i received a rose yesterday and im persistent to make it last for years with out it falling apart!!! when i was a kid i used to press cosmos which turned out wonderful... now i have a half opened rose which i want to press.. any helpful deas?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? i want all the petals showing, how can i make it still look so lovely as it does now???????
It is nearly impossible to keep a rose looking fresh forever. To press it, you will have to take apart the rose because of the fleshy bits underneath. It will not look the same as fresh, not only in shape but also color. Check out the sources. Some other ideas are drying the rose by hanging it upside down or placing it in a box with silica gel, but then it will still not look fresh. Freeze-drying the rose can be done professionally and seems to produce the best results.
Q: Im 22 years old currently leg pressing 720 lbs.. I went from 655 lbs to that huge number it seems that i can't do no more then this, The machine will max out at 810lbs doubt i can get there. I would like to leg press 2,300 lbs like Ronnie Coleman what did he do to get that whopping number. How can i do that and what else should i eat. Is he on steroids
I have found through my experience with exercise that people with shorter legs find it easier to leg press. It does not mean that that person has more leg muscle than you, it means that they do not have to lift the weight quite as high as someone with longer legs such as myself. Also, the farther away you spread your legs while lifting, the easier it is to lift the weight. For a real challenge, put your feat togather when lifting. When lifting, the closer your hands and feet are togather, the more of a workout you will have and the results will appear much quicker.
Q: Ok, so I really need to know, fast about Pressed Flower Art. Especially from that kit where you get the colorful envelopes, trinket boxes, cards, glue, paintbrush, et cetera.
picking depends on weather, morning with no dew is best i think. have supplies ready for pressing before you pick, so they don't wilt. you need: a thick book, napkins or paper towels, a flat surface and a brick or something heavy. next, lay flowers out on paper inside a page thinly and not piled on top of each other, go like ten pages and repeat, making sure paper covers both sides of flowers. they will dry in a sunny spot in about 2 weeks this way. if needed sooner, put between paper towels and waxed paper on outside, use low iron, no steam, then press in book for few days. use modge-podge glue/sealer to cover card-stock paper, press flowers down into glue, then let dry. you may need to weigh the corners down. repeat after dry to seal. your card should be beautiful. no need for a kit! you can sprinkle some glitter dust on top before 1st layer dries, or glimmer mist after dried. i have never tried to write on leaf but they get very brittle after dried, so try before? have fun!
Q: I currently attend the gym but cannot always get there. I have just started doing press ups each day that I miss, and I was wondering if press ups every morning was a more productive way of working out than going to the gym 3 days a week. Thanks for the help!
I'm not familiar with press-ups are they pushups, or a form of them? Anyway, whatever they are...they are more than likely only targeting one muscle group. To be productive you shouldn't ignore the rest of your body. Think total body workouts. Also don't forget about cardio. Muscular training provides cardio to some degree...but not enough as actually doing cardio would. Cardio is the key to losing weight...and if that's not your goal, it keeps your heart and lungs healthy. Push-ups are an excellent upper body exercises that engages the chest, biceps, traps, and shoulders. But like I said, don't ignore the rest of the body. Do core exercises (planks, vertical leg crunches, russian twists, etc) and lower body exercises like squats and lunges and variations of them. Don't worry about getting to the gym all the time. All the exercises mentioned require just your own bodyweight (and maybe a dumbbell for the Russian Twist). Also unlike the machines in the gym, they are targeting more than one muscle at a time. Example (A russian twist engages the abs, and the obliques, not to mention the arms, and allow spinal mobility) or you can do three different machines to do the same thing. When you do go to the gym, try incorporating more use of freeweights/stabilty balls/resistances bands/medicine balls instead of just machines. Also doing muscle exercises EVERYDAY is not productive. Allow your muscles at least 24-48 hours to recover. Failure to do so could result in overtraining and injury. Best of luck!
Q: I'm a 17 year old girl, I weigh about 160 lbs (5'10''), as of 3 years ago I was leg pressing 250 lbs. But since then I have had ACL surgery (hamstring graft), I now only press 160 lbs. I am an athlete, I do MMA and I am a competitive black belt in Tae Kwon Do. How much should I ideally be pressing?
Not considering your injury as a fighter you shouldn't be trying to go too high and get muscle bound legs. If you can press 700 you might have a tree-trunk of a leg and it will be rooted to the floor like one. You want fast twitch in the smaller muscles to be able to have control over your legs for both kicking and supporting yourself. I don't think leg press is the best option either. It isolates the quads for aesthetic purposes. You'll look nice but you won't have the full cascade of muscles to have a great kick and you can end up imbalanced real quick too. You want to find more integrative movements that let you use you whole body or at least your whole leg cascade. As for the surgery, I can't speak much about it but I'd say listen to your doctor. If he says balls to the wall, go for it. But if he says you need to work in slowly or never go over a certain weight, listen to him. You might be able to kick the hell out of everyone but you're still a weak little child if you can't trust someone or take the advice of someone who inherently knows better.
Q: I just read about how the Song dynasty is actually credited with the creation of the first printing press, but I'm a little confused about how it worked since the Chinese have over thousands of characters that stand for words and not letters or phonetic sounds. So how did their printing press work? Was there a character for each word as with the language? Thanks :)

Q: We are looking for mechanical press manufacuter in east europe.
It depends what kind of press your looking for. Having done much metal work myself I would recommend contacting Empire Machine or Northern Tool and Supply. Rayco may also be a good resouce.
