Q:My pecs stick outward too much. I'm a healthy weight - 22 male 5'9'' 134 pounds - I want them to be more squarish if that makes sense. I don't use the bench press because I go to the gym alone and don't have a spotter. Is this why they stick out so much?
honestly, those are the major 2 routines that artwork your %.. make confident you do as many as you likely can the different day. in my view you should no longer manage to do a pushup the subsequent day (your relax day), yet thats how i determined how not effortless i worked out. reliable luck!
Q:i want to press the flowers that my boyfriend gave me, can i still do that when they are dried?
I am afraid that would not be a good idea. The petals would just crumle. You would be better off just keeping it in a shoebox or something like that.
Q:When doing the bench press, where should I bring the bar?Is it in the middle of the chest like on the nipples 'line'?How do I build my 'upper' chest. I think it's called the pectoralis minor, just below the collar bone.
attempt doing dumbell presses as a replace of bar and flex your chest once you get to the splendid. you would be impressive at how briskly you may get reliable that way. hit upon a weight it quite is kinda heavy to you. Do 12 reps, then pass up 5 kilos and do 10 reps, then 5 mor kilos and do 8 reps. finally pass back to the 1st weight and do 12 back. each and every 2 week attempt to initiate at a miles better weight.
Q:This may be a difficult question but just out of curiosity, what do you think the equivalent weight would be going from dumbbell press to bench press? At the moment I am doing my sets with 40 pound dumbbells with about 8 or 9 reps a set. I can hit the 50's once or twice
It is difficult to calculate. Dumbbell press uses more stabilizing muscles which makes it harder for you to do. Barbell press only requires the stabilizing muscles to keep the bar straight. If one arm is weaker you will not notice it in barbell like you would dumbbell. My max right now is 350 but with dumbbells I am lucky to put up 145 dumbbells 5 times... The easiest way to figure it out is to actually do it.
Q:My mom and I bought a cookie press ,and it didn't seem to work very well. The dough wouldn't stick to the sheet, and then it didn't look anything like the pictures. If you know why this happened, tell me and if you hae tips, pleeeeeeeeeeez tell me.
This works if your cookie press is non-electric. Put the cookie press on the cookie sheet with the prongs or feet sitting on the sheet, turn it so enough dough is placed on the sheet. Give it a slight turn back. This should cut the dough so the cookie should stay on the sheet. Hope this helps. Lots of Luck.

Please help me....,Thanks in advance

Q:Can somebody tell me about the invention of printing press and its impact on human society?
Johannes Gutenberg (time magazines man of the millenium I believe) created the printing press. This is true but, be very careful because history is never so clear when you are learned. The Chinese invented movable type around 400 B.C. You can say this was an independaent invention but, even reliable sources get this wrong. The invention of movable type made it so books and journals could be made instead of hand copied, Can you imagine? Writing all of that stuff instead of using a printer. This made people smarter because they now could get copies of books and newspapers. edit* as you notice not to undermind anyone but, the poster below me got it wrong. The Chinese did not have a printing press they had movable type a distinction to be made. If you want sources edit your question, ask and you will get them. I believe this might be just SS homework however so unless requested I won't bother. It is interesting though b/c I corrected my University on this very topic! They made a display in the library and I told them they needed to be more careful after much consideration and chasing down referrences they told me they would change it (I always thought they should have given me some meaningless reward but oh well).
Q:i wanna try press on nails, and do them myself, but before buying it i wanna know do they ruin your nails? and how can i put them on, so my nails don't get destroyed! can i put a strengther on before i stick the nail on?help?!xoxoDsaysrawr
while performed superb and dealt with intently, the glue will in many situations carry on longer than the clicking on. of direction, glue hurts worse while it comes off, in spite of the undeniable fact that it would be plenty greater durable to get it off. for example, you get the nail caught on the nook of a table, or something comparable, once you pull up, a glue nail will proceed to exist, in spite of the undeniable fact that a press on will fall off. Press on nails are greater ordinary to word and much less harsh on your nails. it is all approximately your determination.
Q:I just started bench pressing a few days ago and i was wondering how long it would take to see the effects how often i should do and and tips on bench pressing thanks!
if you are looking to build muscle, it is not neccesary to workout a muscle more then once a week...... when u are doing your chest, try and do 2 different bench pressing exercises, a flat bench and a incline or decline..... do 4 - 5 sets. at reps of 5- 10... you start with a warm up, and u can either go lighter and then heavier as u start, or u can do your heavier sets first and then go lighter.. you should also do atleast one dumbell exercise, and try the weight stack machine for your chest where u are sitting down pushing it out... your total amount of sets should not be more then 20 sets amongs't 4 or 5 different exercises.. if u really want to.. u can also work the chest at the begganning of the week, and then work it out at the end of the week, after u worked out all the other muscles, depending on how u feel..
Q:I am making a chess board out of veneer, it needs pressing but I don't own one.... Does anyone have a plan to make a cheap one?
The pressing thing may be a bit unnecessary - they were for the days of rabbit skin glues and board that might cockle. The proper thing tends to be cast iron affairs and dificult to make up someting unless you pile lots of heavy weights on a stout board. If you use a modern contact-type glue (ie not water based) and roller them down (something like one of those hard seam rollers) onto say MDF as a core you might get away without
