- One spoke will not cause a wheel to wobble, i suspect a bunch of spokes got backed off and the wheel got out of balance.you have to know what you are doing to get the wheel back in balance.obviously you do not so I suggest you take it to a shop and explain your problem. A good mechanic can re-balance it by adjusting all the spokes.in the future just remember to check the spokes on an ongoing basis, then this won't happen.having said all that, there is a chance you have some sort of bearing issues too i suppose.get it checked.good luck
