 Product Description:

CeramicLooseFiberis made by the melted raw materials at high temperature through resistance furnace, before being blown or spun into fiber. As a neutral and acidic material, except reaction with the strong acid-alkali,refractoryceramic fiber won’t be eroded by other weak alkali, weak acids, or water, oil, steam, or be infiltrated with lead, aluminum or copper, featuring excellent flexibility and elasticity. Ceramic fiber is of smaller density, more than 75% lighter than insulation brick lining or 90% -95% lighter than lightweight castable lining, with thermal conductivity co-efficient to be 1/8 of the lightweight clay brick or 1/10 of lightweight heat-resistant lining (castable), and heat capacity to be 1/10 of both lightweight insulation lining and lightweight castable lining, thus to greatly lower energy loss and deliver significant energy-saving regenerative effects. Meanwhile, the ceramic fiber features a simple construction with no need of baking oven, shortened construction cycle and easy installation.

The diameter of glass fiber's monofilament is from a few microns to twenty microns which equals to the 1 / 20 to 1 / 5 of human hair. Usually, it is used as reinforced materials,electric insulation materials, thermal insulations and circuit boards in complex materials, and is widely used in various fields of national economy. If the temperature is higher than 300 degrees, the rock wool boards are better. The operation life of glass wool at high temperature is short, and the price of which is higher than that of rock wool. Galvanized board can be used as protective layer for its long operation life but it rusts easily and is not so beautiful. The aluminium plate has a short operation life and it damages and deforms easily.
Q:What are the differences between the common and high temperature resistant glass wool boards?
The operating temperatures are different. The common boards can resist 300 degrees, the high temperature resistant one can resist 500 degrees.
Q:How to increase soundproof performance of houses(with glass wool)?
Windows need to be soundproof. Curtains need to be thick. Rental house has to change windows and doors. Double-pane glass windows have better sound absorption performance.
