d, Features

XLPE  insulated power cable do not has excellent electric, mechanical properties, but also has powerful resistance against chemical corrosion, heat resistance and enviromental stress resistance. Its structure is simple. The long period operating temperature is +90 °C. It is conveninet to use and can be laid with no restriction of different level.

XLPE insulated steel wire armoured power cable: XLPE/PVC insulated power cable has a number of advantages over paper insulated and PVC insulated cable. XLPE cable has high electric strength, mechanical strength, high-ageing resisting, environmetal stress resisting antichemical corrossion, and it is simple construction, using convenient and higher operating of long term temperature. It can be laid with no drop restriction.

Various of flame-retardant and non-flame retardant XLPE cable can be manufactured with three technology(peroxide, silane and irradiation crosslinking). The flame-retardant cable covers all kinds of low-smoke low-halogen low-smoke halogen free, and non-smoke nonhalogented and three classes of A, B, C.

2 Standard:

IEC60502,and BS6346, VDE, AS/NZS, UL,etc or as customer's request.

2nd class 1/1 3/3 6/6 8.7/10 12/15 18/20 - 26/35

4 Application:

1)These cables are most suitable for direct burial or for installation on trays or ducts,  Where there is
a risk of mechanical damage, armoured cables should be used.

2) For laying in ground along route with large difference of level able to bear external mechanical forces

Q:my sub came loose and started sliding around in my boot until the power cable got ripped out of the amp while i was driving at it was on. When i tried putting the power back in it just blew the fuses, so i bought some more, and they blew as soon as they went in as well, and one of the bits of metal melted putting one it! strathfield said its 45 for an inspection, plus the cost of fixing it. any ideas whats wrong with it and if i can fix it myself??cheers.
Check your wiring, you have a wire cross if it bows when turned on. Also you might be using the wrong fuse, what is the rating of your amp (15 amps = 1800 watts). Or you are diving the amp too hard and prevent it from damage and blowing the fuse. Upgrade the fuse to 25 amps and see what happens.
Q:Hey,I left my PS3 in the living room, and I think the dog peed up it. Stupid place to leave it, I know. Anyway, I brought it back upstairs, hooked it up but when I went to plug the power cable in, there was a real loud buzzing sound coming from the PS3, right where the cable goes in. When I unplug it from the PS3, it stops. I tried leaving it to dry, and making sure there was no moisture present inside the machine, but I tried hooking it up again and got an electric shock up my arm from it.Should I buy a new cable, leave it to dry, or is there something inherently wrong with the PS3 now? Thanks :)
Ive never come across this before. Maybe its because i don't no anyone who has a dog which has peed up there PS3. I would suggest you dont get a other cable because that one might break aswell due to water getting in your ps3. If i was you i would contact Playstation or the store you got it from for more advice. Like i say im not sure and i dont think many people will come across this problem.
Q:SATA power connector? If so where can i buy one?
Probably, but most people just buy Molex to SATA power adapters. If you need more Molex 4 pin plugs, just buy some Y splitters. Any computer store worth a darn should have some of both in stock, even the chain ones.
Q:Hi everyone,I attempted to build my first PC; purchased the hardware, software, etc. Everything is assembled perfectly. After installing the motherboard, power supply and the respective cards, I connect the power cable.Upon connecting the power cable, the PC turns on and the only way to turn it off is to remove the power cable (from the back of the PSU). The PC boots up as if I pressed the power button!!I've read that this problem could be the power supply or the capacitors on the board??I'd be appreciative for any advice,Thanks,p
Hmm that sounds like you have missplaced the cables to the motherboard from the front pannel (on switch, HDD led etc.) Kenny
Q:My mom gave me a rice cooker but it didn't come with a power cable. Can anyone identify this plug type and let me know where I can purchase a new cable?
i hav seen this types of cables, but i don't know the name it .................do i thing since u hav the pic, print the pic show it to shop keepers they will provides u with exact 1s with guaranty
Q:It is a Gateway Desktop AMD Athlon 64X2 4200, 2048 DDR2, running Win XP Media center edition with Update Rollup 2. It first started when I put it in quot;stand-bymode and the computer refused to wake up. It has now gotten so bad I have to unplug the power several times with waiting periods in-between, before it will start up. I don't know much about computers but have been reading and trying different set-ups as I read about possible causes. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate.
There okorder /... 2. You might not have adequate cooling. Get a program to monitor temperatures and if anything goes above 155?F, you need a better cooling system. 3. You might need a new power supply, since the one you have might not be able to handle the load.
Q:Hi, i cant find anywhere to pass the power cable into the bonnet in my clio 2002 1.2l. Anyone know what to do?
Yes. You will have to drill your own hole, and add a grommet.. I reccomend a step bit. Do not forget to add a grommet to protect the wire from rubbing against the firewall.. As I was taught, Look Twice, Drill Once.. Good Luck!!
Q:all of my wiring seems okay and everything seems to work except for my amp power. I have the blue cord on the harness wired into the blue/white cord in my kenwood because i tried going blue to blue and it didnt work. So i have the remote cable from my amp plugged into the blue cord on my head unit. I have no power to my amp.
The amp won't activate except there is voltage on the distant terminal. it rather is the function of the amp distant cord; it connects to a head unit output, which sends voltage to the terminal whilst the top unit is on. in case you do no longer connect a distant cord, the amp will never activate. in case you connect the distant cord to a continuing means source, the amp will never turn off. you should cord it to a key-switched means source, or the distant output on the top unit. some amplifiers have sign-sensing circuits which will immediately turn the amp on on each occasion an audio sign is detected. those amplifiers do no longer require distant cables, yet they're extremely uncommon.
Q:hey guys, i recently bought a new desktop computer however when i unpacked it and put it all together i discovered that i had not received a power cable for the tower. i discovered an old one in the mess that is my bottom drawer and was wandering does it matter what power cable is used for the tower? or are there different power cables for different PSU's?
They should all be the same (as well as for most displays and other larger peripherals )
Q:I just bought a new motherboard and it had a 24 pin power thingy, my power supply was only a 20 pin. After looking at my manual it said I was able to do that if I aligned them a specific way. After that PC turns on, the lights turn on, hard drives turn on, and everything else. the thing is the screen stays black and says no signal.I was looking on the motherboard and there is a 4 pin ATX12V1, but there is no such cable that comes out of my power supply. I think the reason the screen stays blank is because it said that was used to power the CPU. What can I do since I do not have a ATX12V1 cable that connects to my motherboard? The only cables that come out of my pwr supply are for the IDE and floppy.
