- Q: Im getting infinity speakers. And they all match. is there going to be a crossover wiht them or do crossovers only come wiht component speakers? And which woudl be better? Component or the same series speakers.
- Speakers labeled as 'component' speakers usually have a separate tweeter and woofer (ie. the tweeter is not mounted in the center of the cone). The generally do have some sort of cross over that comes with the package. Generally component sets are higher end then your typical 2way or 3 way speaker.

- It depends a bitare you wanting to use the old speakers with the new subs? Since your old speakers are USB does your computer have a normal sound card output on it? If it does then yes you can connect it and it should work fine, if not then you will need to get a soundcard for the pc. Now your old speakers will not directly connect to the logitech speakers if that is what you are asking, so your USB speakers will be one connection and the subs another connection.
- Q: I know that you can go from one speaker's positive, to the other speaker's negative, etc. Wouldn't you have to use a speaker cable that isn't positive or negative, like a special cable? What kind of cable would you use? I tried using a standard +/- speaker cable, and it didn't work.
- any wire would work all your talking about is polarity. remember positive to positive and neg to neg. this will result in inferior sound but works.I used cat 5 cable but all you need is two conductor cable.
- Q: Every time i listen to music or watch a video on my computer, the speakers will suddenly make a loud noise and cut out any other audio. Its hard to explain the sound it makes but it sounds kind of like a choppy horn going. It only lasts for a split second, but no matter what i do, how loud it is, it will keep doing this, around every 10 seconds or so. I know for a fact that it is not because of the speakers.(it happend with my last ones too) Also, im not sure if this is the same problem or not, but i cant watch any videos using Windows Media Player. It will show the video but it will be all lines through it and distorted. Any help on fixing my problem would be great. Thanks.
- Buy new speakers. or in the bottom right corner of your computer click the picture of a speaker and ajust it you could have just blew your speaker

- Studio monitors work great as regular speakers - I have been using them for years in my home system. Studio monitors are meant to reproduce the sound in a neutral way so that the engineer can hear what the sound is really like. Many studio monitors these days are powered - that means they have the amplifier built in. That type of speaker would not work with a normal home receiver. That type of receiver is designed to work with normal passive speakers that have no amp built in.
- Q: I just recently noticed that the rear left speaker in my mazda is not working but the right one is working. Does this mean I need to replace the faulty speaker or would it be a blown fuse. Once again, every speaker in my car is working including the tweeters except for one on the rear deck. I'm up to buying new speakers but I want to know if the problem will stay due to a blown fuse or not. By the way, they are 6x8 factory speakers.
- do it your self. try turning on the radio and getting in the trunk and wiggling the wires to that speaker. if it comes on then there is a short in one of the wires. if not then it is blown.you can get a set of cheap speakers for $20. and it only requires taking out 4 screws and then screwing them back in once you have the new one in. and hooking uo 2 wires. its realy easy and you will get a sense of satisfaction of doing it yourself without paying somone else to do it

(its a big car with 5x7 door speakers so it better have rear 6x9's lol) thanks in advance
- you can cut the fabric around the rear speakers. a lot of my friends did it, most 6x9s even have their own grill so you dont need a cover and even if you didnt have covers they still look nice. i actually just swapped out my friends 6x8s yesterday in his door panels. fun times. you dont need the fabric that is covering the speakers but dont cut farther than the speakers of itll look like crap.
- Q: I was on Amazon and I had seen some of this brand speakers and on the forums there it says these are great speakers but cheaper as they do not spend money on advertisingAnyone know how this brand does as far as performance or durability?They were only like $50 I think for a 5 speaker set up
- Don't know about the 5.1 KLH speakers, I have a 10 inch KLH sub and 2 KLH speakers for my rear speakers and have no problems with them. I heard that the Energy Take speakers are good, Cnet did a review on them but I can't find it now but they gave them a good review.
