Q:ok so i shoot a lot ammo aint cheap and i'm planning on getting all the things i need to start reloading. i've been doing some research on it it seems like something i would really enjoy doing but i need to find out more before i start shelling out $$$. when you buy a press do you have to buy dies made specifically for that press or will any dies work?
You should pick up a reloading manual (book) and start studying! There are several types of presses and yes there is a set of dies for each caliper that come in sets. Your load and how you load will depend on what you are shooting and how you intend to shoot it. Education keeps you smart, prevents injury and damage to your weapon. Think about it!
Q:What is the best pressing cream or oil that i can purchase and that also stops hair from reverting so easily?
Every hair stylist i've been to doesn't use any. Moisturize your hair before and after you press it. I just use simply gloss after i've blow dryed it. Then I apply more gloss after it done.
Q:how much can u bench press?
for a girl, especially at your age, that is alot! I think anyway. Personally, I don't know what my max is becasue I go in sets from a lower to higher weight. I use the upright bench press machine and I do a set of 12 at 100 lbs. - that is easy, then I do a set of 10 at 110 lbs. and that starts to get challenging, then I do a set of 8 at 120 lbs. - that I have to usually push out real hard, and lastly, I do a set of 6 at 130 lbs., ands that is challending as well. I by the way, am a 5'11, 250 pound guy. So you are doing very well. I wish I started to lift at your age. Good luck!

Q:iam looking for a calculation or the difference between doing a bench press on a leverage bench vs a regular bench , for example i have a powertech leverage bench , if i have 300 lbs on it including the 30 lb U shaped bar that holds the wieght, and i lift it, whats the difference in actual wieght lifted compared to doing it on a regular flat bench, calculating the fact that you start at the bottom position on a leverage bench and there is no need for balancing the wieght like on a regular bench, and the difference in the angle in which you push up the wieght on a leverage bench, i know 300lbs on a leverage bench is not the same as doing 300lbs on a reular bench, does anyone know any websites or know themselves the ratio's or the difference in each is....like if you can do 300lbs on a leverage bench does that mean you can really only bench 230 on a regular bench..etc etc

Q:im 19 6' 175. been stuck on a max bench press of 190. diet is good, been doubling my weight in protein and switchin up my lifting routine. but cant seem to up my bench any advice??
Wow, I'm 13 and Bench 145 O.o I recommend doing 7-12 reps of 70-80% of your max with 3-6 sets of this. ( That's around 145-150 and eating a big tuna Sandwch with a Pbj and a Glass of milk for lunch or with lunch and a bottle of gatorade 1 hour to 30 minutes before your workout. Message me for more advise. (I'm work out freak (: cheers)
Q:There is REGULAR, KNITS and PERMANENT PRESS. What do you use ther permanent press for?
permanent press doesn't wear out clothes as quickly as running them thru the regular cycle, yet gets them very clean. i actually used it for all my clothes. i got this tip from martha stewart's website when i got married 2 years ago and it does indeed work better for my clothes. it keeps them looking newer longer.
Q:I want to know how to use a French Press and I don't feel like Googling it.
Boil water. Now I use 1 1/2 scoops per 8oz cup because I think coffee should taste like coffee. I use a 16oz cup. So I put 3 scoops of coffee into the Press. When the water boils, I fill the Press to about 1 1/2 inches from top. I set a timer for 4 minutes and stir coffee once. When timer goes off press down and pour. Use a coarse ground coffee so as not to clog the Press filter.
Q:I've bench pressed for many years and encountered this problem over the past 2months.During my first set I will get pretty intense pain in my right bicep. It will be fine after the 2nd set but never the less it is very uncomfortable, could lead to joint damage and reduces how much I can do on my chest during the session. How can I resolve this problem? Why is it happening?
Well first off it could be from any number of things, now you say you have been lifting for years so im sure you know that the tricep is the secondary muscle when benching, however depending on how wide your grip is, and what the position of your arms are at the bottom of the press can put more strain on muscles other than your chest and tris, therefore your biceps could be called in to the press, ask someone to watch you and when let them know when the pain starts, is most intense, and when it starts to go away throughout the rep. then try moving around your grip and and relying on stricter form and have them watch you again and see if the point of pain changes, lessens, or increases. None the less you should talk to a sports injury specialist, NOT YOUR GENERAL PHYSICIAN, nothing against them, but those that are in the sports medicine field study specifically that.
Q:Ok, so I really need to know, fast about Pressed Flower Art. Especially from that kit where you get the colorful envelopes, trinket boxes, cards, glue, paintbrush, et cetera.
picking depends on weather, morning with no dew is best i think. have supplies ready for pressing before you pick, so they don't wilt. you need: a thick book, napkins or paper towels, a flat surface and a brick or something heavy. next, lay flowers out on paper inside a page thinly and not piled on top of each other, go like ten pages and repeat, making sure paper covers both sides of flowers. they will dry in a sunny spot in about 2 weeks this way. if needed sooner, put between paper towels and waxed paper on outside, use low iron, no steam, then press in book for few days. use modge-podge glue/sealer to cover card-stock paper, press flowers down into glue, then let dry. you may need to weigh the corners down. repeat after dry to seal. your card should be beautiful. no need for a kit! you can sprinkle some glitter dust on top before 1st layer dries, or glimmer mist after dried. i have never tried to write on leaf but they get very brittle after dried, so try before? have fun!
