- the police would have written down all the information, wether or not he decided to press charges. if he isnt pressing charges, then the cops wont do anything but the police report will still exist. if he does, then he's gunna have a hard time coming up with evidence and witnesses to back up his claim. i think that depending on how you play it out in court, the judge should favor your side. if the car was in fact supposed to be repossessed and you left with the car, that could be motive for him to make up a lie in order to get back at you for taking the car.

- I don't know what state you live in. but most states have changed their laws to say that the police themselves can now press charges without parent concent of the charges. Federal law say's they can press charges and have to press charges. Sorry for your friend but here's the law in utah. Sex with anyone over the year of 16 has a 10 year limit. so a 26 year old can have sex with a 16 year old and not get into trouble. Anyone over 10 years counts as Statatory Rape. Sex with anyone under 16 counts as rape of a Child, or Sexual Abuse of a child. An interesting case was 2 years ago when a female 14 year old babysitter and an 8 year old boy were both charged when they played a touching game. Now this might offend some of you, but anytime you have someone in their 20's dating a teen you have an issue. At worst case, he's abusive. At best case he's a loser.

- My team used a very easy press break. It's a bit hard to explain, but when it comes together, it works like a dream. - First, you have two players on either side of the court, waiting for the inbound. - Once inbounded, the Passer, steps into the center of the court. - They pass amongst themselves till they find an opening in the press. - Meanwhile, there are two other people standing at about midcourt, on both sides. - The person at midcourt standing opposite the side the ball is on will run to the middle of the floor looking for possible passes. - If the ball is passed to them, he/she can either bring the ball up more or turn, and pass to the opposite side.
