FAQ

1.    For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 60*60 available?

—— Yes, the size 60*60 with many models is available.

2.    What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3.    Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

Q:Laying new tile in my laundry room help?
I don't think you should use more glue but they will need to be weighed down i.e. a roller like the type used for linoleum. or something flat and heavy
Q:What kind of tile is good for baking?
Unglazed quarry tile is what is recommended for baking on. That's all you need to know. Don't use any other kind in the oven. You could look around for a cheaper baking stone. Try Wal-mart.
Q:ceramic tile?
Sorry to disagree with almost everyone, but, the two main purposes of grout are waterproofing and keeping a straightt and level run on the tile. Tile adhesive (for walls) is more the enough to hold a tile in place for a very long time (I tiled behind my fridge more than a decade ago and never got around to grouting). With that being said, you can use any width grout line you like. The thinner the line, the harder it is to keep your run straight and your tiles level to each other. Without a grout line, water can seep behind the tile and damage your wall (or sub floor). Even the most perfectly laid tiles done by a master tile layer will have a grout line. The best laid marble has a grout line of 1/16 th of an inch. That is VERY difficult to do right. Good Luck
Q:White Tiles With Grey Spots?
Tile won t stain under normal circumstances so I suspect the glaze is a bit worn off rt in front of the fridge.. That can be a wet spot that will dry eventually or stain the tile body in which you have no choice but to r and r the tile(s).. GL
Q:can you put counter top on existing ceramic tile?
If you are talking about laying a formica sheet down on top of existing tile, it is possible to lay the formica sheet directly to the tile if they are very secure but I think that the grout lines might cause gaps to exist between the tile and the formica sheet. This wouldn't be good. If you are talking about a new formica (or other material) countertop, then it would be easier to remove the old countertop (backing board and tile) and then put down the new countertop. This will allow everything to be squared up, fastened to other countertop sections as well as the cabinets.
Q:Cermaic tile installation, Tile falls over air vent.?
Lynchee; okorder.com
Q:hardwood flooring or ceramic tiles?
Do you mean wood Laminate flooring? I would not put Laminate in the kitchen. We did 5 yrs. ago and last month the hot water pipe burst under the sink and believe me laminate does not like water. We had to have it all taken up, including the original vinyl flooring b/c that was soaked as well and mold was present. Never again. We are going with a vinyal floor tile that is textured and looks just like ceramic tile that is almost in-destructible. We chose an Appalachian slate look with blues and grays and a little but of red mixed in. Our contractor is going to lay them diagonally for a more dramatic effect. This will be in our LR as well because it is all one great room..all very open plan. Hope this helps. Please excuse the mis-pelled word of vinyal. Thanks..
Q:How do I repair a cracked tile?
Ceramic Tile Crack Repair
Q:Tile grout stain?
Products like Clorox or Oxyclean will work if the stain is caused by an organic material. If it is caused by soil or clay that is basically a mineral without a carbon base, the stain probably is permanent. In my experience when staining a concrete floor next to a tile shower we inadvertantly sprayed stain on the shower floor. The pure white grout turned reddish brown just like the concrete did. We had used an acid based stain. I believe you could easily stain the grout successfully. You may want to try it in a non-conspicous area first.
Q:Tile Floor help?
I wouldn't bother doing it. You could get a sealer the seal the tile because I think I remember my dad saying Terra Cotta tiles are very porous. But I don't think that trying to put paint or changing its color would give you satisfactory results.
