5. RFQ

1> What's the difference for CHL and CHLF(T) type?

CHL pumps have an inlet and outlet chamber which is made by stainless steel. CHLF(T) is just the section type.

2> Do you have any variable motor for these pumps?

Yes, we have. For the variable motor, the frequence can be changed as the customers' request. If the range is between 30~50Hz, the fan can be just connected with the shaft. And if the frequency is below 30Hz, then the fan has to have another separated power. The variable speed motor would be used for solar energy or some other similar situation with the unstable power.

3> How about the Delivery time?

Actually, this would be depending on the quantity. If it is just small order, 1 week would be fine. For bigger quantity, the delivery would be also less then 20 days. But for the varible speed ones, it will be taking some more time, normally it will be more than a month.

Q:My car is Grand Marquis. I want to remove the water pump. After removing all the bolts on the water pump, it is still there. I tried to hammer it in order to loose it, but it is still there. I use long tool to lever it off, but it is still there. I even break the corners of the water pump, but it is still there. PB Blaster is used, but useless. I am helpless. Can you help me?
Lock down the pulley so it may no longer turn. eliminate the three bolts by skill of turning them counter-clockwise. Use a six factor field wrech to cut back threat of rounding off the bolt head.
Q:We usually wait 4 - 5 minutes for hot water in our master bath. I've been looking into ricirculation pump systems. This would have to be a retro-fit system since some of the lines run through concrete slab making adding a return loop on the line non-feasible. I have found some people comment on simply using a by-pass valve system without a pump (ie. Hot Water Lobster). We do have hard water which I've also read that can present a problem with pumps dieing quite quickly. While I'd like it, I don't need 1 second hot water, but I can't stand wasting gallons waiting for 4-5 minutes. A reasonable 15-30 second wait would be a huge improvement. Has anyone had reasonable success with the bypass valve without the pump or should I plan on getting the pump too? Thanks in advance!
If the water isn't moving, it is not going to change the situation. This is what you would have with a by-pass valve. You need the return loop. Is it possible to run it through the attic? Some companies are making a switch that is pushed when hot water is needed so the pump is not running continuously.
Q:I was wonder if there is a water pump in the out drive, my boat is overheating we are think it could have something to do with the water pump
The water pump is located in the outdrive. You should see a screen area on the lower end where the pump is loicated. I would guess the impeller needs to be replaced. You should stop running the engine 'till it is fixed.
Q:I'm doing a DCP project which is at its concept design stage. In order to estimate the chilled water pump size and ratings roughly, could anybody give me some tips on the average/normal chilled water pump heads for a typical 10000 TR DCP. The length of the longest loop could be around 600 m single run.
to boot to the availability and go back line, if there are different factors in the equipment at the same time with administration valves and warmth exchangers, their rigidity drop also desires to be protected.
Q:My 1998 Dodge Dakota V6 heater only gets warm, I have replaced the thermostat. I have back flushed the heater core. The heater hose coming from near the thermostat gets hot, but the hose coming from the heater core going to the water pump only gets warm. The large hose coming from the thermostat is hot near the engine, but is only warm near the radiator. Is the water pump bad? If I open the radiator cap there is no signs of circulation. How do I check the water pump? Thanks,Gene
check for leaks in the system, the water pump may show signs of leaks or perhap even make a noise, flush out the radiator, it may be stopped up preventing good circulation, make sure thermostat is installed properly, if there is no signs of leaking,or no noise such a a bad bearing, or water pump not loose when you try to shake it, most likely I would change out the heater core.. and also replace the radiator cap so the system is properly pressurized.
Q:my water is frozen from pump to faucets,do i thaw from pump to faucet ,or faucet to pump?
Faucet to pump. It will relieve the pressure in the lines.
Q:We recently fixed our stone water fountain, and now we're trying to get it working. THe pump we had was about 5 yrs old, and didn't work. We've tried to get a new one online, but it only had one inlet for the water to go into the pump, and that got clogged in a matter of about 5 minutes. Since our garden has many trees, it's almost impossible for us to keep the fountain 100% clean all the time to prevent clogging. Anybody know where to get a pump for a 15gal fountain, that has multiple inlets?

Q:I have 2004 Chevy Trailblazer V8 4x4 that the water pump went out on. Does anyone know how long it takes to change it and where it is located? The dealer wants $750.00 to fix it. I really don't want to get riped off.

Q:My water pump went out. I had a new water pump put on my accord a year and a month ago. Since then have driven 5-6,000 miles in a small city town. Does this makes sense. Could it be a cheaper water pump was put on my car and it went out. The person who worked on it is a mechanic who does a bunch of cars on the side. Last time he worked on my brakes, I had to bring it back because he put cheap ones on.Can I call this guy back? What could I say?
Unfortunately most water pumps, even new ones, are warrantied for one year so while you may have to pay for another one I'd be sure whoever I paid for the labor was a different mechanic. Even new pumps can go bad prematurely but a reputable shop would probably make some allowances since its so close to the warranty limits. The other advice given about the coolant is spot on too. It should have been refreshed at the time the pump went in but just because it should have, doesn't mean it was.
Q:One mechanic told me that my Toyota Corolla 2004 CE's water pump is leaking and I need to change pump and its belt costing me around $450. I took it to other mechanic today and he told that water pump looks good and no need to worry. I need to know how I can verify that water pump is leaking or not. Below are some facts of the car that I noticed myself.1. The engine collant level is above half level about at 70% 2. I started my car around 8.30 PM @ 90 degree F after break of 3 hours and the temprature gauge reach to half in 5 minutes. Please advice what can be done to determine the leak is there or not else I have to take it to other mechanic.
Look at the water pump. You will see a pink residue around the shaft. That's dried coolant that has leaked out. Feel underneath the waterpump's shaft housing (with the engine cool). It will be moist where there's a hole underside the housing. The hole is supposed to be there. Replacing that water pump is very easy for a mechnaic. The Corolla CE since 1998 has a timing chain instead of rubber belt. You don't need to remove the chain to get at the water pump. It is on the engine block and you'll need to take off the serpentine belt, passenger side front wheel, and an access panel in the wheel well. The pump costs about $50 and takes about 1/2 hour to change. The other $300 dollars is for the guy you talked to to pay his bookie. The serpentine belt will cost about $30 and takes 5 minutes to change. It has a spring loaded tensioner. The coolant level should never go down if there's no leak.
