- You should pick up a reloading manual (book) and start studying! There are several types of presses and yes there is a set of dies for each caliper that come in sets. Your load and how you load will depend on what you are shooting and how you intend to shoot it. Education keeps you smart, prevents injury and damage to your weapon. Think about it!

- Q:I did not perm my hair for 3-4 months. The first time I permed my hair it was not 'fully' permed because when i washed it , it would become curly again. The hair dresser told me that since it was my first perm. When I did a touch up for the roots the person fully permed ONLY the roots. Can I still get my hair pressed so I can spike it ? What should I do to make it straight again. I'm not perming my hair again.I'm black btw.

- Years ago, the press was unbiased and really helped the people know the truth and the whole story with the facts. That allowed the people to make good logical decisions. That is the reason for a free press. What we have today is the main stream media (CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, MS-NBC, etc.) have all been taken over by liberals and their reporting is biased and nothing but propaganda for Democrats.

- Press charges indicates a criminal prosectution. Private citizens can't do that--it's entirely up to the prosecuting attorney of your jurisdiction. What you can do is file a civil suit for the damage to your car. Whether or not you'll win is anyone's guess.

- Bench presses, of course. You have more control by adding weight. You can do it with push ups but it's a bit hard because you can only control your reps. Cheers :)

- I have the same probem, with my forehead my nose. I recommend Maybelline Dream Matte Powder. It's 10-12$ , a bit pricey, but it's worth it :)
- Q:i dont usually wear foundation, but i do sometimes wear powder to soak up oils on my skin. my skin does get very oily on my t-zone but otherwise my skin isnt too oily. which would stay longer for everyday coverage? i just use them to keep the shinyness away... so pressed or loose?! i just wear them over concealer mostly. thx!Z
- Of the three, liquid. yet the two longest enduring foundations i've got ever had have been MAC Studio fix Powder with a putting powder on suitable of it, and then Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse (it does not continuously stay all day... even though it has till now)
- Q:I'am struggling with my bench press lately. I use to do 150 now it went down to 135. Are there any other workouts to help increase my bench press back to 150 again?

- Q:Now, is it me, or is this workout vaguely effective? Is this truly a genuine chest workout? I have always done flat bench dumbell presses and incline bench presses, and have just introduced the Decline into my workout. Despite this being a new workout for my body, I do not get sore, nor do I feel exhausted. Also, I can Decline about 15 pounds more than I can flat bench and Incline, despite having little experience with the workout. So tell me your opinion; is this a good workout? Is it a true chest exercise? How is it different than Incline/flat? Thanks guys,
- I really don't think it's very affective. Really, push ups would more of a chest work out.
