leg press is a punny exercise, you improve your squats by squatting.
Q:I know you press c to crouch but how do you role?
Simply press the keys for movement to either side. You're probably using WASD keys, so A to roll left, and D to roll right while crouching. Note that you will have to press these keys while stationary. If you're moving forward while crouching, you'll just change direction, not roll. You may also be suing the Arrow keys, in which case, left arrow for left and right arrow for right. Happy Rolling!
Q:I NEED to wash something on permanent press cycle on a washing machine but I don't have the cycle, what other cycle would be equal to permanent press?
Permanent press is outdated now -- used to be for no-iron fabrics like polyester -- used to be popular back in the day, like the 70's. I would wash on the delicates cycle, but it really isn't that big of a deal, so don't worry yourself too much :)

generally speaking force some new adaption through accessory work - Joe's advice is decent but I will add the concept of adjusting the load by adjusting frequency. Consider a 5x5 linear progression on a barbell bench press for example - you can use this as an accessory still - but it will allow you to shift a heavier weight rather than go for the endurance/hypetrophy training of multiple sets of 8-10. It is generally acknowledged that 3 reps is for power (such as a power clean/olympic lifts) 5 is for strength training (like starting strength/ 5/3/1 / Stronglifts/texas method) and 8-12 is body builder/hypertrophy range. I like to ensure when I plateu that I consider all of these rep ranges to provide a new stimulus to the area. Some fundamental things to also consider: Diet - particularly increasing calories, to a lesser extent, ensure you have enough carbs to burn in the session - this is generally an issue for low-carbers though, not the general population (who already eat too many carbs). I hate these people who say drink 7 litres of water every 2 minutes or you will die! (ok, exaggerating :) but you know the type...) but I would say drink a small cup with every meal/decent snack you have (assuming you have about 6) Rest - if you noticed your sleep going from a nice 8 hours to a meagre 5 + 1/2 then you need to consider going to bed earlier.

You can do dumbell presses, which gives you a better stretch and a harder contraction. Incline dumbell presses which work the upper pecs. Push-ups flat on the floor or with you feet on a chair to hit the chest from a different angle. There are so many different combos for chest. I hope this helped Darrick CEO Valentine Fitness

Im 16 , 5'11 and i max out 275. First off are you just starting to lift ? my max has taken about a year and a half to achieve with hardcore lifting. You should be starting off with a max of 90-115..

as for how often you should work out, it depends on how hard and how long you work out. Bench press works pretty much your whole upper body, and curls specify the biceps. If you work out like as if you're trying to gain muscle, you should go every other day, but if you're just trying to get in shape you should probly only do it after the soreness has gone away from the last workout. You should go more intense if you're trying to gain muscle mass
