- No, you will have to witness the destruction of your property first hand. You can call and report vandalism to your car. It would be good to have it already on record. Keep an eye out for them though. Video tape them. Don't lay hands on them, I know personally that is when the police actually do something, they arrest you instead.
- Q:I have been bench pressing for 2 years now and I have never been injured. Towards the end of the school year I started feeling this sharp pain in my front deltoid and my shoulder. When I was lifting it hurt when I pushed the weight up. The pain isnt so much shoulder or chest its both, where the armpit lining is. The pain is a sharp pain sort of feels like the muscle inside is sore. I the pain wasnt going away so I iced it for like 2 days and I tried lifting again. I still felt the pain. So i took some time off and did not touch any weights for a whole month. Today i got back and tried lifting and I still felt the pain. There is no pain when im doing close grip bench, the pain comes when my grip gets a little wide. ANY ONE HAVE ANY AVICE or TREATMENT.
- I have had a similar injury and first of all you should rest it and ice it if there is pain. I would suggest taking a few weeks off but this time get some light dumbells(5lbs) and do several sets of 20 overhead and flat bench. After you've done a 4-5 sets stretch your shoulders, chest, lats. I did this routine for about a month and now im pain free in bench. I know it feels silly using such small weights but just getting your shoulders warmed up and then stretching them helps healing. I do jiu jitsu and i actually had my shoulder tweaked pretty far and this really helped. And once your back to your normal routine make sure to stretch after if you don't already, it prevents injury.
- Q:For my botany class, we're supposed to find 1 sample of plant each from 10-12 different families, press them, and mount them. They are due this Thursday (3 days from now).I had already pressed all the plants needed well ahead of time using the plant press with straps and newspaper. I waited about a week to for them to dry fully, and they were all nice and flat - but someone thought they were trash and threw them away! I should have hid them in my room, but obviously it's too late for that.Now I gathered more plants to replace them, but I don't think I have enough time to press them normally. I heard that I can place foil on top of each individual plant and use a clothes iron to flatten and dry them quickly. Will this work? It doesn't need to be a work of art, it just needs to be recognizable and intact for mounting. Thanks for any advice - it's much appreciated.
- OUCH! That is painful. I would not recommend the iron and foil, since that would prematurely wilt the plant, and the foil is likely to damage the plant. Instead use the iron on the lowest heat setting and go evening while the leaf is between paper to cloth. !!!!!!!!!!! WARNING !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please make sure the plants that you are doing this do not contain toxic oils that may vaporize from the heat or taint your iron and harm you. If you think you can not iron it place it between new paper, and press them individually under some text books or heavy objects for a day or two, individually will prevent the excess moisture from more plants to keep them wet. The next day take them out and let them dry on a flat, warm and dry room, they should dry quickly that way and still remain somewhat flat. And you could stick a large note saying NOT GARBAGE
- Q:I am really into photography and want to go to some concerts and take pictures. I have a dslr and everything. I am going to a one direction concert in the summer and really would like to bring my camera. I was planning to get some experience with photographing concerts then get a job taking pictures for a local radio station of something so I could get a press pass. - If you do manage to get a press pass (unlikely, see answers above) then you must practice camerawork at simlar gigs before you go to the concert. Local bands, local discos, anywhere that has passable lighting effects and has live musicians playing. That will help you not waste your time whe 1 D are on stage. Make sure your batteery is fully charged, and that your camera memory card has plenty of space. One further tip, sorry to have to mention it. Dress fairly soberly, and wear slacks, not a dress or skirt. If you are on your own backstage you will be sexually vulnerable.
- Q:I have noticed that when I bench press I am able to lift more weight when I tilt the bar lopsided and then lift. It is hard to explain but I lift my left side first and then my right and it seems to increase the weight I can do. Is this going to effect me at all?
- One arm will always be stronger then the other. Look up jay cutler, 4 time mr olympia, even iv noticed he benches higher with his left arm then with his right. Everyone has a different body so no one will have perfect form, if anything, you might want to switch to dumbell press and take a break from regular press. it may help straighten out your form.
- Q:does bench pressing work mainly on ur chest? does it work on ur triceps as well? cuz i am looking to bench and work hard trying to build some nice chests and triceps. i can't forget pecs also.
- bench press is more like a complete upper body workout, though it most of the intensity of the training will effect your chest, but it will still tone up ur triceps, shoulders, and if ur lifting a decent weight, it will also work on your upper abs.

- When you sell things you need to get licenses and what not no matter what age you are. SO I would suggest asking for a donation. For example say you want to sell your eye shadows for $3-$5 instead of selling it your sales pitch would be for a donation of $3-$5 this could be yours. You woun't get in trouble for donations. I think its a great idea, as long as your make-up is sanitary and looks professional.

- You can not press charges against anybody only the prosecutor can do that You would have to file a police report and then they would take to the prosecutor if there is a case and in this case I doubt there would be

- I would like to know what kind of toy it is, what material the wheels are made out of, what type of procedure you use the drill press for. Without knowing that I would guess you mean a hole saw bit. It can be attached to a drill or drill press to cut varying diameters of circles in wood.
