Q:What's harder a chest press or bench press?
The chest press machine at my gym involves the user pushing away from his/her chest BUT, also pushing upwards slightly. This is most likely the case with yours as well. This is then considered to be an incline press. Since incline presses isolates your upper chest to do the work, you will always lift more with the bench press because there's a smaller fraction of your chest being used to push weight with the incline press. Note: the more of an incline you put to this press (Adjust the incline by doing the press on an adjustable bench) the more a shoulder workout it becomes. You will eventually reach a completely vertical press and this is ALL shoulder (military press).
Q:Can I press charges against him?
Yeah, sexual assualt and battery. And hell yeah you should. otherwise he will think.he can do that crap and others may be harmed. Good luck be strong and get some mace and stay clear of dark alleys. Im sorry this happened to you.
Q:How does a French Press work?
Using a french press is very simple. First you boil the water either on a stove or in a microwave, place 1-2 spoons of coffee in the press, and pour the water in for 3-5 minutes, When the coffee has soaked and brewed, press down with the plunger, and pour it into a cup.
Q:How much should I be leg pressing?
Not considering your injury as a fighter you shouldn't be trying to go too high and get muscle bound legs. If you can press 700 you might have a tree-trunk of a leg and it will be rooted to the floor like one. You want fast twitch in the smaller muscles to be able to have control over your legs for both kicking and supporting yourself. I don't think leg press is the best option either. It isolates the quads for aesthetic purposes. You'll look nice but you won't have the full cascade of muscles to have a great kick and you can end up imbalanced real quick too. You want to find more integrative movements that let you use you whole body or at least your whole leg cascade. As for the surgery, I can't speak much about it but I'd say listen to your doctor. If he says balls to the wall, go for it. But if he says you need to work in slowly or never go over a certain weight, listen to him. You might be able to kick the hell out of everyone but you're still a weak little child if you can't trust someone or take the advice of someone who inherently knows better.
Q:Does bench press mean anything?
no my ex bf used to bench 360lbs in high school but he was shorter than the other guys 5'10 in high school it reflected a little but in college he got rocked!
Q:What needs to be included in a press packet?
The purpose of a press packet (also called a press kit) is to provide the media with concise, timely and compelling newsworthy documents and information concerning your organization, its issues and the event about which you want to receive news coverage. The information provided in the packet, and the packet itself, should be graphically attractive, easy to read and accessible at a glance. Normally, a press packet is given to journalists prior to press conferences, briefings, editorial meetings, interviews and introductory meetings. Material in the press packet will include Press or News Release,List Of Speakers, Press Statement, Biographies, Print Visuals, and Video/Audio Tape
Q:How to keep a (physical) button pressed?
Tape or a weight. If it has to stay pressed permanently, JB weld a bolt onto it and let it dry, then put nuts on it until it's heavy enough to hold it down ( only if tape won't work ). The absolutely permanent solution is to open up the device, find where the button is, and use a bit of solder to short the button on the PCB. Electrical tape works, but so does a hammer. I've occasionally actually used a hammer carefully balanced on a key to keep that key pressed for awhile. But I highly recommend tape as the least destructive solution. ( Reread this post in your favorite comedy actor's voice )
Q:How can I QUICKLY press plants?
I remember once reading about somebody using a microwave to accelerate the drying time of pressed plants, however I've never tried it. You could try googling this technique. I would think that the heat might cause discoloration because plants are very sensitive to that sort of thing. In any case, I would think that using a big, heavy, book-the bigger the better-like a dictionary, would work better than a newspaper. I normally press my plants in big books like this, and then put a big stack of books on top of them, and stomp a few times on it for good measure. It presses the moisture out of them and the paper absorbs it. Some papers absorb better than others, for example laminated paper doesn't work well at all for this. The trick is to get the moisture out as quickly as possible. So you can try this, let it dry a few hours, maybe take it out and put it on a new dry page, to speed up the process a little. It's like wringing out a wet towel in a way. I don't know how thick the plants you are trying to press are, but the ones I press usually dry overnight.
Q:what does a typical 17 yr old 125 pound bench press?
there is somewhat no well-known or something for a fashion lots you could be waiting to bench. How lots you could carry somewhat relies upon on a brilliant style of components. Why do you weight prepare? For ability? once you're powerlifting, then you definately could hassle approximately how lots you could carry. once you're doing it to get greater advantageous, then how lots you carry should not be a situation. once you're in basic terms doing it on the grounds which you like it, then i does not hassle approximately how lots you could carry or how super you're. do not pay attention on your pal. he's in basic terms supplying you with a not undemanding time, and as your pal he could somewhat be helping you out mutually with your targets. solid success!
Q:laminate pressed flowers?
In the past I have just placed in the petals in the pages of a large and heavy book. Close the book and leave the petals in there. The paper helps absorb the moisture and the pressure helps flatten the petals.
