- You would probably gain muscle, which helps you burn more calories throughout the day. Leg presses alone won't make you lose weight though. Weight lifting in general should be combined with cardio, anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes would do the trick. When you lose fat, you lose fat from all over your body. I usually do cardio first thing in the morning, before I have eaten anything because when you exercise, you first burn carbs and then you burn fat. So when you exercise on an empty stomach, you almost automatically go into fat burning mode, not to mention you burn more calories throughout the day. Hope this helps!

- Yes and No. You can build your chest, triceps, shoulders with bench press. But you can not build biceps and forearms. Then I suggest you to buy an adjustable bench and 2 dumbbells (don't buy fixed one). You can do full body workouts with them.

- theres no point in doing two weight sessions in a day hitting the same muscle group...it would lead quickly to overtraining and you dont want that. Be patient and progress will come. Remember that you need to overload your muscles at each training session, you need it to be intense to shock your system and you need rest to let your body recouperate. Other exercises such as squats and cleans will actually help your bench press in one way or another (they are full body movements) and so will hit muscles that you use during the bench press. So to summerise there is no need to train the same body parts twice a day, in fact it would be detrimental to your performance on the football field, so take it slow, increase the weights gradually and keep a training diary/ log so you can keep track of how much weight your moving. - Q:Could i press a rose for a couple of weeks then put it in a glass picture frame?Will it keep?
- Due to the thickness and amount of moisture in a rose, it would most likely turn Brown, get moldy and/or rot if you pressed it in a phone book. Phone book pressing is good for leaves and flowers that are more on the flat side.. For your Rose, your best bet would be to purchase Silica gel pellets (inexpensive) at a craft store and follow the directions. Silica are small crystals that will suck all of the moisture out. You just layer the silica upon the rose until it is covered completely. In a couple of days it will be preserved (dry) and ready for framing. It will also keep its shape and would be more suitable for a shadowbox frame. The silica can be saved indefinitely and can be reused too :) Good luck to you.
