- Q:what are some good supplements or tips for maxing out on bench. and dont say im too young for supplements either! im a 15, 5'9 and 170 lb middle linebacker/fullback. i can leg press about 550 and can only bench like 120 if that?! please help me!
- Do a lot of pushups, at least 500 a day, and also make sure you arent bending your arms at the wrist while lifting the weights.
- Q:i know that there is a way to erase all memory on my computer with pressing a few buttons while the computer starts up, like the F4 button or something like that, does anybody know which buttons
- Never heard of a button that does that, go to your computer site, and get it's manual, it comes free in a pdf file. ~ Edit : Memory is usually described as the RAM, and there is no button to erase that on start up.. On start up , it is clean, as there is nothing on it, cause when you shut down, it is no longer active, When power is off of the RAM , is does not remember anything, It starts all over when the OS starts running your start up programs and processes. Edit : Read question before you thumb down an answer to a question that makes no sense.
- Q:I've recently joined a gym and I was just curious as to what other females are capable of doing.I'm a 25 year old female with 5 children. I weigh 119 and my height is 5 foot 3. My body fat percentage is 26% (trying my best to cut that down to about 19% or so).Bench press- i can bench press 40 lbs. (which probably isn't that great)pull upschin ups- i can do 10 with a 25 pound counterweightrunning times- my fastest mile was around 9 1/2 minutes (I know, not so great).Feel free to add your other exercises and weights along with reps and sets if you want to.Make sure to add your age and weight if you don't mind.
- You should not worry about how much you can bench press. You should worry about form and reps. For you i would to higher reps and lower weight. That would be oriented for fat loss and toning. Also women would want to do A LOT less of flat bench press and stick to incline and decline bench press. This is due to breasts, flat bench will flatten out your chest, while upper and lower will lift.
- Q:The 'Up' Button on my monitor presses on its own and holds and that maxes my contrast, i have locked the buttons but its still auto pressing, and i know this because a message 'Buttons locked' pops up, any idea on how to fix this?
- well it sounds like the switch under the button is going bad. you can break it so it can;'t be pressed ever again or you can take the plastic cap off the button so only the metal contact will show. this might solve you problem.
- Q:If only one press is used, it takes the older press twice as long to print an edition as it takes the newer press. If the two presses together can print an edition in 3 hr, how long will it take each press alone to print an edition?
- Let x denote the older press's publishing rate (in editions/hr). Then the newer press's publishing rate is 2x (ed/hr). If the two presses work together for 3 hours, they produce 1 edition. 3(x + 2x) = 1 9x = 1 x = 1/9 So the older press does 1/9 of an edition per hour when working by itself, and the newer press does 2/9 of an edition in an hour. So the older press would take 9 hr to do 9/9 of an edition, and the newer press would take half that time, of 4.5 hr.
- Q:i'm 5ft8 and weights 185 and i am 17 male. when i was about 170~175 pound last time i remember doing 4~5 reps of 185 pound bench press. i regulary benched 6~8 reps of 135 pound. is it bad?and i haven't go to the gym for long time because i really don't have time to go there right now. how much weight do i need to bench at my weight? and i saw some skinny guy can bench more than me.. how can guy who is smaller than be can bench more?
- Your bench press is above average for a 17 year old. Just do alot of chest, shoulder, and tricep workouts. You don't have to workout every day. Also eat plenty of protein and get adequate rest. Your bench press should increase in no time.

- but I got it from Kittery Trading Post. It is $99.95 with free shipping on orders over $49.99. The challenger kit will allow you to prime off of the press with a separate tool. If you have someone helping, you they can prime while you are loading. I do not have the turret press, but it looks like it would be handy. I load .223, .243, .308, .30-06, 6.5 Grendel,.38 SP, .357 Mag, .45 ACP.
