Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

- Q:I found a CoverGirl compact in my makeup drawer and it says Pressed powder on the back. What is it? Is it like foundation, or concealer, or what? What does it do?

- Shoulder press should only really target the anterior, lateral delts and core. If you do an incline shoulder press, then it will bring in the upper pecs. Clean and press is an intense compound exercise so yeah

- white teenager narrows down, just kidding. Try to found out your weight. Start benching 50 if you can easily do more than 20 reps. It's too light, but if you find a weight where you can hardly make 20 reps you found you weight.
- Q:does the leg press help w/ getting bigger glutes or is it only for legs?just want the effects of a rounder and more firm rearend and cant do squats.
- This can help with the glutes. Also: lunges stand straight, lift your leg back, keeping it straight, as far back as you can. Do this several reps for each leg. You will feel the effect on your glutes.

- You can press them in any heavy book that you don't mind the risk of staining. If you don't have a book like that, you can sandwich each leaf between two sheets of waxed paper.

- In a perfect World I'd say yes, however we as humans can't be trusted to not invade other's privacy, (you wouldn't be saying this if a reporter was taking pictures of your family, through the window, in their underwear using a telephoto lens) to tell the truth, (again were you libeled, with no recourse for suing for an apology, you wouldn't be so gung ho). I'd also say, that many people do not understand who controls the news we digest. One or two oligarchs controlling the news industry...that can't be good when they will print news that obviously favours one political party or point of view when it is blatantly untrue. Press should have a level of freedom, and ability to report news, but at the same time need to have some form of control, were they to step over the line.
- Q:I use concealer and foundation...the trublend by covergirl...but i find that when i use the pressed powder on top of the foundation...or when ever i use it it gives me a powdery look...and it the right color...and everything... So is it necessary to use when you use concealer and foundation?
