- There can be a big difference in a m2m full court press and a zone full court press. It depends on how the zone press is going to work. There are many versions of a zone press. Now as far as giving you websites... I could give you all sorts of websites, but it will not help you instruct your players unless you have an understanding on how to break a press in general. If I were you, I would be an assistant to start out with and let someone who knows the game coach the players. I have coached basketball for 15+ years and have seen alot of coaches who think they know what they are doing and wind up getting beat by 20+ points every time they put their team on the court.

He is getting me into lifting and I am buying a ez curl bar and dumbell weight set with collars (so useful) and I am wondering if I put a mat down on my basement floor if I could floor press with an ez curl bar? What would this exercise target and how do I specifically do it? Is it safe to do solo?
- Why don't you ask your Uncle? Yes, you can press with an EZ curl bar but you'll want to keep your grip wide, beyond the bends in the bar. You can also press with dumbells..and you can do flys with them as well. Only you can know how safe it is. I can't know how you're training, so I can help you with safety. - Q:ive been weight training for a while now and im thinking of swapping my bench press for a lat pull down but i got perfect pushup pads now what would be better or faster to gain more muscle bench press or doing lots and lots of pushups
- Keep the bench press! for lats you could get a pull up bar and put it in a doorway and do wide grip pullups, its cheap and saves a lot of space!
- Q:So I have a barbell, and if I were to put my hands closer to the center of the bar, would it work my chest muscles more? Anything else about bench press is welcome.
- Farther apart works chest more. Close grip works your triceps.
- Q:i use a french press and i get small particles in my coffee that taste bad. what kind of filter can i use to filter those particles out? name a SPECIFIC product that i can buy.
- Don't do it! I can't be sure without more info, but I would guess that you may be using too fine of a grind. Grind your beans more coarsely. Also, be sure that you are pressing slowly and straight down on the plunger. If the plunger is tilted, it will allow for some grounds to enter your beverage. Don't refilter the coffee, this will not help the taste at all. Feel free to contact me if you need more help!

- It's for clothes that, supposedly, don't get wrinkled. The cycles are shorter, and the spin is slower.
- Q:Hello, I do not like to do bench pressing, because it fell on me once and i never want to do it again, is there any other exercise that will train that muscle that bench pressing trains?
- Pushups! Even better than bench=press, because pushups also involve your core (abdominal muscles and back) in addition to the pectoral muscles and triceps. You can focus more on the pecs my speading your hands farther apart on the ground, and focus more on the triceps by bringing your hands closer in to the center under your shoulders. As you get stronger, start doing them with your feet propped up higher (like on the edge of a couch or chair) -- this puts more weight on the upper body; and you can even do them one-handed if you get REALLY strong. Also, think about using two separate dumbells to do the bench press motion -- if you drop them, they will fall to the side rather than you ending up with a big heavy bar pinning you down. This way you can increase the amount of weight yuo're lifting over time (as opposed to pushups, where your body weight is as heavy as it gets).
- Q:My clothing requires permanent press during washing, but my washer does not have a permanent press option. Could I use Delicate and achieve the same results? If not, what should I use?
- You can use the delicate cycle. Just make sure you use the temperature of water it recommends on the washing tags of the clothing.
