YOu can get a nice system for about 90 bucks and another 50 for install. IF you have a BEST BUY or CAR TOYS near buy, check them out. I am based in the UK and we charge between ?60.00 to ?80.00 ($120.00 to $160.00) to remove an alarm and rewire immobilizer cuts back to original. I would suggest you try and find an auto electrician or specialist alarm fitter and get another quote or two for removal.
