Test Instructions

1.Test for whiteness of oil system (L*) and (b*): grind the titanium dioxide with grinding mill, to make a film with thickness of 100um.Calibrate with ASTM standard ceramic tile by Differential Colorimeter. Then test the surface of the film and indicate with CIE L*, a*, b*.

2. Test for Dispersion under high-speed mixing of Alkyd system: In the alkyd resin system, test with Scraper fineness gage after dispersion by high-speed mixed. Other items please refer to ISO standard.

Application

It can be utilized for highlevel solvent type coatings, high gloss paints for interior and exterior wall, industrial paints, surface printing inks, iron printing coatings (inks), powder coatings, plastic masterbatch, plastic profile.

Q: Is the oxide pure?
Pure substances are divided into simple substances and compounds, oxides belong to the compound, naturally belong to the pure material
Q: What is salt oxide, what is not salt oxide?
Can not react with acid or alkali to produce the corresponding price of salt and water oxide is called non-salt oxide.
Q: Oxide and organic peroxide signs
An organic compound containing -O-O-peroxy functional group formed by replacing hydrogen atoms in hydrogen peroxide with an organic group such as an alkyl group, an acyl group, an aromatic group or the like. Characterized by heating more than a certain temperature will decompose to produce oxygen free radicals, unstable, easy to break down. Chemical production of organic peroxides is mainly used for synthetic resin polymerization initiator, catalyst. In the field of polymer materials, it can be used as a radical polymerization initiator, graft reaction initiator, rubber and plastic cross-linking agent, unsaturated polyester curing agent and spinning grade polypropylene in the preparation of molecular weight and Molecular weight distribution regulator. Environmental pollution in the air under the action of light through the free radical reaction can produce peroxy nitrates compounds, photochemical oxidants in one of the species. On the skin, eyes, mucous membrane has a strong irritant, is an important pollutant in the atmosphere. Such substances are flammable and explosive dangerous goods, the use should pay attention to safety. Generally, the active oxygen content, activation energy, half-life and decomposition temperature were used as the basis of selection.
Q: Whether the metal oxides are alkaline oxides
Such as aluminum oxide, both with the acid reaction, but also and alkali reaction, is an amphoteric oxide
Q: How to judge a chemical formula is not an oxide
Oxide Definition: consists of two elements, one of which is a compound of oxygen, such as CO2 Fe2O3, H2O
Q: What is the oxide
Elements and oxygen compounds are called oxides (and only two elements). Such as carbon dioxide (CO2), calcium oxide (CaO) Depending on the chemical nature of the oxide, the oxide according to whether the formation of salt with water and the type of salt can be divided into acidic oxides, alkaline oxides, amphoteric oxides and non-salt oxides [1] four categories. There are also many complex oxides.
Q: Acidic oxide is a kind of oxide which can form acid or react with water to form salt and water. Generally non-metallic elements of oxides and certain transition metal elements of high-priced oxide. Such as sulfur trioxide SO3, phosphorus pentoxide P2O5, manganese dioxide Mn2O7, chromium trioxide CrO3 and so on. Most of the non-metallic oxides are acidic oxides. In our familiar non-metallic oxides, carbon monoxide and nitric oxide are not acidic oxides, and are usually classified as non-acid oxides.
Note: Most of the non-metallic oxides are acidic oxides. In our familiar non-metallic oxides, carbon monoxide and nitric oxide are not acidic oxides and are usually classified as non-acid oxides.
Q: Titanium oxide total of several?
TiO. Molecular weight: 63.88, black and yellow powder. The proportion of 4.93. Melting point 1750 ℃. Boiling point greater than 3000 ℃. Insoluble in water, nitric acid, soluble in sulfuric acid, dissolved in dilute hydrochloric acid part of the oxidation of trivalent titanium ions and produce hydrogen. Chemical properties are not stable, by the titanium dioxide in the carbon furnace heating, or zinc, magnesium, hydrogen and other reducing agent reduction in the system. For the production of titanate semiconductors.
Q: Clothes on the metal buttons and metal ornaments for a long time there will be a layer of oxide, looks bleak, what good way to make these metal accessories smooth shiny?
Brush with a toothbrush brush try
Q: Do not say fluorine gas, it is the strongest element, do not say that electronic anti-matter and current, authority ah
Chlorofluorinated Chloride C1F5 Chlorinated Fluorinated Chloride is a non-combustible, non-combustible colorless gas with strong irritating odor at room temperature. Its solid state is white and has a pale yellow color. It is rapidly hydrolyzed to form chlorine and hydrofluoric acid It is a strong oxidizing agent that reacts strongly with most of the inorganic matter, so that although it does not burn in the air, it can cause fire and explosion.
