- Wheel bearing usually make a wooing sound but not much in the way of wheel shake. Have the new wheels been balanced? I assume they have, but worth checking as this can make the wheel vibrate at lot at higher speeds and is inexpensive to have done. Other than that, it might be a CV joint or suspension component, maybe a ball joint or even potentially warped brake discs or sticking brake callipers.

- Other than not being able to go offroad as much as a 4WD. 2WDs are usually less expensive. Cheaper to fix and generally not as complicated as 4WDs are. You will be fine in the country with a 2WD as long as you remember that hwen driving off the highway. 2wds will still go through alot of muck with a good set of mud tires but be careful.
