Voltages up to 35kv PVC/XLPE Power Cable

Brief Introduction

PVC/XLPE power cable is used to transmit and distribute power in power transmission and distribution system of 35kV or lower. It is generally applied to the fields including power, construction, mines, metallurgy, petrochemical industry and communication in complete replace of oil immersed paper insulated power cable and in partial replace of PVC insulated power cable.

Standard

The products can be produced according to our factory specification which is equivalent to the standard IEC60502.The factory can also design and manufacture special power cable according to the other standards required by the customers.

Properties of  PVC Power Cable

1.The long-time permissible working temperature of cable conductive core is not more than 70 degrees.

2.During short circuit (max permanent time is not more than 5 seconds), the max temperature of cable conductor is not more than 165°C.
3.The difference level of laying cable is not restricted. When laying the cable, ambient temperature is not lower than 0°C.
4.They have good chemical stability, and properties of acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance and flame resistance.

Properties of XLPE Power Cable

1.The highest allowed operating temperature of conductor for long-term working is 90 degrees.

2.In short circuit (Max long term is no more than 5 seconds). The highest temperature for conductor is no more than 250 degrees.

3.The cable is laid without horizontal drop limit. The environment temperature should be no lower than 0 when lay. Otherwise it should be preheated.

4.Excellent electrical performance, resistance to chemical corrosion.

5.Can stand advisable traction when laid. Can stand traction from Outside.Left low smoke halogen-free after burned.Retard the burning of the cable.

Q: Why cross bonding in power cable?
If so, the answer is: By tying multiple cables together, the current carrying capacity of the total cable is increased without having the total cost increase in proportion. In other words -- using the picture as an example -- tying 4 equal sized cables together increases the current carrying capacity by a factor of 4, but the cost of this multiple-wire cable is less than the cost of a larger single cable that would carry an equal amount of current. .
Q: i purchased an SATA to IDE or IDE to SATA bidirectional adapter, the problem i have is my PC is SATA and has no IDE power cables for the drive. am i missing something here ? the seller tells me that they have had no issues before. i cannot find a IDE power cable to power the drive anywhere in the PCPC is intel vpro5 1gb ram SATA systemim trying to connect my IDE HDD.thanks
None of the information you provided tells us anything about the connectors available on your PC's power supply. While it's rare to not have any available 4-pin molex plugs available in a PC, it's not unheard of.
Q: Cable WDZ-YJFE2 (4X185 + 1X95) what does it mean Cable WDZ-YJFE2 (4X185 + 1X95) What does it mean? More
According to the specification requirements: 8.10 cable bridge wiring 8.10.4 cable bridge horizontal laying, should be selected according to the load curve to support the best span, span should be 1.5-3m. Vertical laying, the fixed point spacing should not be 2m. Assuming that the height of the electrical shaft is 60 m and the fixed point spacing is 2 m, then the number of stents required is: (60/2) * 2 = 60 Assuming that the height of the electrical shaft is 60 m and the fixed point spacing is 1.5 m The number is: (60 / 1.5) * 2 = 80 mainly depends on your shaft height, and the bridge fixed point spacing, hope to help you, (* ^ __ ^ *)
Q: THE PROBLEM IS THE POWER CABLES HAVE 20 PINS AND THE ENTRANCE OF THE MOTHERBOARD HAS 22! SO HOW DO I HAVE TO CONNECT IT?
Your motherboard probably has 24pins (ATXv2.0+ spec). Your 20pin supply is an older model. You can purchase a 20pin male to 24pin female connector for about $5. Check online, eg. cyberguys, OKorder, etc.
Q: The hdd i am looking at is OEM nearly everywhere so i'm wondering what i would need to use it.
just the data and power cable and if your mobo doesnt support that type of drive (like if it only has ide and you want sata) then you will need a controller card
Q: Well yea, I just got my 8800 gs today... I just recently upgraded from a 7600 gt. Well I've never had to install a card like this. It comes with a power adapter. I have no idea how to install this power adapter. It had a connector for the video card, and 2 other connectors opposite. The 2 other connectors only had 3 pins, but fit in the my 4 pins. I've connected one of the pins to my power supply and have no more 4 pins. I just have 2 quick questions. Will it affect my video card if I only have 1 of the connectors connected to my power supply?andWill it still work if I connected the 3 pin to the 4pin on my power supply, will it still function correctly?
It would be best if you specified which PSU you have. From past experiences, 1 connector to the PSU works fine.
Q: Mine isn't so I'm just wondering what it would do.
the music will be distorted
Q: my power cord on my laptop is acting up to the point where I have to literally hold it in place to have it charge the battery and now the computer isn't coming on- the battery light is showing up when you push the power button but i don't know if it is charging-if there is anything you can tell me to fix this, that would be great!!
My power cable was having a problem too. What I did was just go out and get another cable because it seems that it is either your battery, or your power cable. So just go out get it replaced and Wala! It should work again...
Q: This is all I got in my PC, where is it?
Hard disks typically use the 4-pin molex connectors. I can see at least two free in your picture. Basically just use the one that fits, there should only be one that fits anyway.
Q: are the power cable for the super nintendo and nintendo 64 the same?
No the power cable is not the same. The video cable is the same though. It's the same for SNES, N64 and the Gamecube
