Introduction

The JXL trolley mechanism is a self-designed new product based on the advanced foreign technology, and got the national utility mode patents.

The JXL trolley mechanism constitutes torque motor, half built-in planetary reduction gear wound roll, rack, and other components, which has advantages of smooth shift from the brake, transmission efficency, low noise, compact structure, and brakeing safe, reliable, accruate positioning, pleasing in appearance, and other characteristics.

After changing variable-frequency speed regulation motor and electronic system, the institutions can be changed to JXF trolley mechanism, which has the advantages of zero velocity brake, starting speed more stable and is more suitable to large tower crane and the trolley running on a demanding place.

Q: why does the power company use helicopters to service the repair lines instead of trucks with tall cranes?
High-tension lines operate at hundreds of thousands, or millions, of volts. At this potential, electricity can jump through several feet of air to reach a path to ground. This pretty much rules out using trucks, because it would be prohibitively expensive or impossible to build a crane out of entirely non-conductive materials. A helicopter is electrically isolated from the ground, so it's less difficult to drop a technician off and let him hang from the line itself while working. (It is still necessary for the technician to use a wand to bring the helicopter to the line's potential before starting work, because of the capacitance of the helicopter's body.) They could of course use a truck to service the lines if the power was disconnected, but the cost of shutting down service to an entire region of the country exceeds the operating cost of a helicopter.
Q: Is there a crane lifting chart where I can enter info. to determine what size crane I need, if so where?
the 1st answerer, Irv S, is right. You need to call a craning service. They should be able to give an estimate for crane size based on what you tell them. You will need to know what your Load weighs. How high in the air the crane will have to lift it. ....Putting a swimming pool in the back yard is completely different ....than putting that same swimming pool up on top of a 15 story ....building. How close to the Load can the crane park? Or how far you need the LOAD moved. What a crane can lift, even if it a 100 ton crane is based on how far the crane has to reach to pick up the load and how much the crane has to rotate to place the load. The angle the crane boom goes to, etc. Our 15 ton PH crane can lift 30 thousand pounds at 10 feet from the Turning center. And only a 1,000 pounds or less if the boom is fully extended with the Jib on, that is 125 feet away from the turning center of the crane. Distance is critical! They will probably need to see the work site to give a really accurate answer. Wingman
Q: Like those huge cranes on the top of buildings that are being constructed - how do they get them up there???
They erect it from the bottom and work their way up. The crane is also connected to the building at specific intervals. The larger cranes require a footing to be placed that can be as large or even larger than the building footings. The cranes are disassembled in the reverse order. The top piece is taken off and lowered. Cheers and good luck.
Q: A. Designated operatorsB. All construction site personnelC. InspectorsD. All of the above
Crane are extremely dangerous and complicated machinery , the operators need intensive education and training , they have to pass the required tests to be certified . Now even the signal guy on the ground who helps the crane operator needs to be certified . So your answer is A.
Q: What is the difference between a tower crane and a jack up tower crane?
Tower cranes, because there is no running mechanism, so tower crane can not do any movement. Fixed tower crane can be divided into the tower height invariant and Jack up. That is, the jack up tower crane is a kind of fixed tower crane.
Q: I have this assignment to find out how a climbing crane is able to move up the building as construction continues.
They add extra stages from the bottom. A tower crane is erected from a boom assembly, first and second tower sections of different cross section, and a base in a sequence of steps in which the boom assembly is mounted on a hollow climbing section dimensioned to be received in each of the larger second tower sections and defining a cavity dimensioned to receive each of the first tower sections. One of the latter is secured on a base in upright position, and the upright section is received in the cavity of the climbing section which is then raised relative to the first section and enveloped by one of the second sections. The enveloping section is secured to the base and the raised climbing section for supporting the climbing section whereupon the first tower section may be released from the base, raised, and secured to the second tower section. The climbing section may then be raised relative to the first tower section to permit the installation of another second section, and the procedure repeated, until all second or larger tower sections are superimposed on each other, the one first section being ultimately attached to the topmost second section. When the climbing section is raised relative to the attached first section, another first section may be superimposed on the one first section and the procedure repeated until the slimmer portion of the tower is assembled from superimposed first sections. Ultimately, the boom assembly is attached to the topmost first tower section, and the climbing section may be removed or stored for further use on the wider, lower tower portion.

Q: like some sort of 3d game i can play on my computer
there are various unfastened on line ccg's obtainable yet maximum of them are rather shallow and you become bored rather quickly. Others have you ever at a draw back except you purchase some booster packs or something. Like others already reported, factors is by a techniques the perfect unfastened on line delusion card pastime obtainable. that's the only one that is actual unfastened, and it has stunning intensity. It additionally has an lively community at the back of it and the builders continuously artwork to make the sport better.
Q: Were the anti-gravity machines used to build the pyramids levers, winches and cranes?
Levers winches and cranes all use a counter balance. Its weight that helps move weight in different ways. There is no such thing as an anti-gravity machine.
