QTZ80(PT5610)   FAQ

Q: Do you have any certificates?

A: We have passed CE certificate and ISO9001:2000 Quality Control System.

Q: What is counter weight? How kinds?

A: Counter weight is for balance the suspension mechanism. There are 2 kinds of counter weight, one is made by iron, the other is by concrete.

Q: Do you have any other types of suspended platform?

A: Yes, we have. Such as round suspended platform, using for the chimney, and slewing cradle, right angle platform, double deck platform, etc. We have strong technical team, we could design the suspended platform according to the customer’s request.

Q:i want to go to school and learn to operate over head cranes
A few places to start the bureau of labor statistics has information on moving trades. You will need certification although requirements vary. The National Commission for the certification of Crane operators lists different types of operators and requirements for certification. States have their own laws about certification and requirements you can check it out, in some states certification is not required yet. I've included a link to the laws for Minnesota. There are a number of companies it would probably help if you are currently working in Construction and for a company that might help pay for the training or learn on the job. I don't know what state your in but there are a number of companies that do training you can do a quick search with Crane operator training. One other resource is the local Division of DET Division of Employment and Training for your state they can help you research your options and vocational counseling. Good Luck
Q:live in marshes???
Seem for wild animal rehab centers or just google search these in ur area or name ur local animal refuge and explain whats occurred and ask if they could advise a place to name.
Q:I have always wondered how they get cranes off the top of huge buildings when they finish building them.I have had many people tell me how they THINK the cranes are taken off. But I want to know for sure. Can anyone give me some evidence? A web site or something??When I say big building I mean like 100 storeys.I have been told things ranging from a helicopter takes them offToThey build tracks down the side of the building and drive it downAndThey pull it to pieces and take it down the elevator. These MAY be real but sound like wild guesses to me.So does anyone know the answer?
but never have I seen a set of tracks or elevator used...not to say that it isn't possible but I have only worked big buildings in NYC...maybe things are done differently elsewhere in the world
Q:A crane lifts a 2355 N bucket containing 1.81 m3 of soil (density=2084 kg/m3) to a height of 7.56 m. Calculate the work the crane performs.
I will try to make it very simple. First lets convert the 2355 into a mass. 2355/9.81 = 240.06 Kg Then, we need to get the mass of the soil. Density (p)= m/v m= pv m= 2084*1.81 = 3772.04 Kg Total mass= 4012.1 Kg The final step is to calculate the work done. It can be solved from two perspectives and both will lead to the same solution. Sol. 1: Since that the crane is lifting an object, then the work the crane is doing is against gravity which is calculating the gravitational potential energy gained by the bucket. GPE= mgh= 4012.1*9.81*7.56 = 2.99*10^5 Sol 2: Work done= Force*distance moved in the direction of the force The force in this case will be the weight of the bucket. Work done= (4012.1*9.81)*7.56 = 2.99*10^5
Q:What are the types of cranes?
First, lifting machinery according to the way of work can be divided into light and small lifting equipment, cranes and elevators three categories. (1) light and small lifting equipment mainly refers to lifting machines with only one lifting device. There are jacks, pulleys, electric hand operated gourds, etc.. (2) crane refers to lifting machines that can not only lift vertically but also move horizontally. Such as bridge cranes (also known as driving or crane), automobile cranes, tower cranes and so on. (3) lift refers to the fixed position, lifting fixed line, traction wire rope, with slide limit, lifting the luggage belt. It includes all kinds of elevators, winches, winches, etc..
Q:HSE Officers can better answer this question or a qualified Crane operator it self can explain.
each crane is so different. it depends on the rated crane load, the lifted distance from the crane and actuall load to be lifted. Each crane an envelope of angles to the horizontal, lifted load, and distance from the crane. The crane operator must insure that he is within this envelope or the crane may topple over. Also, the wind at the time of the lift must be considered. If you can picture a seesaw with loads pivoting about a fulcrum. When two people are on the seesaw, one person is the crane and the other is the load to be lifted. Only in the case of a crane, the fulcrum is at the crane itself with a large dead load counter weight behind the cab operator.
Q:I know that the whooping crane population recovered through captive breeding but how many are left currently (right now).
There were 535 total in 2009--the population increased slightly last year but I have not seen a total for the population of 2010. Deaths can occur at any time so the number changes constantly. The Journey North site counts 281 adults in the wild western population and 106 birds in the reintroduced eastern flock. They did not give a number for the birds in captivity so I cannot give you a total. You can follow the reintroduced whooping crane population and their migration each spring and fall on the Journey North (in fall called Journey South site). They also track song birds and hummingbirds and monach butterflies.
Q:does wing chun and karate come from the same white crane style of wushu/kung fu?
Possibly. Naha Seisan contains a technique much akin to Wing Chun.
Q:You know those machines you pay and get like 15 seconds to operate the fricken metal hand? Can you give me some tips?
make sure you find something that isn't trapped by anything else in the pit.. line up the crane one the front, then move over to the side and line it up... these machines used to be a lot easier 20 years ago, but now the arm doesn't apply much pressure.. it has to be lined up just right or you will never get anything...
