Sleeve Pipe Fittings
a:introduction
As for design of thermal pipelines, designers will change the elevation and trends according to geographical environment and municipal layout,so that the thermal pipelines will be divided into pipe sections with different elevation, trends and straight line distance, relying on existing sleeve, bellow or door type compensation of straight pipes.Accordingly our company, borrowing recommendations of experts, has developed successfully ZXA type rotary compensators, which have been tested on pipelines successfully.
b:characteristic
Compared with general sleeve, bellow or door type compensators ,the product has the following characteristics
1. The compensators produces no thrust under internal pressure(or thrust from blind plate),so the rigid bearings on two ends of the compensator can be smaller
2. In order to prevent sleeve and bellow compensators from being damaged,Strict Calibration is provided in requirements of design and installation. Therefore,an additional guide bracket shall be added before each compensator. The compensator needs no calibration,so it is necessary to install additional guide bracket.
3. The compensator needs no thermal expansion for temperature preservation,so the thermal loss is lower.
4. The compensator adopts sealing materials the most advanced at home as well as logical structure of sealing surface so that the abrasion between sealing materials and sealing surface so that the abrasion between sealing materials and sealing surface is extremely smaller, which guarantees no leakage in a long time.
5. Packing ring and aligning beads for friction reduction are designed inside the rotary sleeve of the operation
6. The compensator has two basic combinations, tens of changes, and the capacity of compensation can reach 1800mm.and one compensator can replace a few sleeves or bellow expansion joints.

- This Site Might Help You. RE: Where do I find a hinge for pipes? I'm looking for a way to join two pieces of PVC or metal pipe, and allow them to fold up. I have looked everywhere for something or the kind, and I know I've seen them used on folding hockey nets and stuff. Any suggestions?
- Q: I just moved to a new house (less than 2 years old). The contractor who lived in it put in a central smoke alarm system. Each room has its own smoke alarm and when one goes off, they all go off. Problem is, one always chirps (in the upstairs bedroom). It started to be once a month. We would hit the reset button, ALL of them would squeal for 30 seconds, and all would be fine. Then the same one would start chirping every week. NOW it's every 3 days!Does this matter? We live in a two story home. We live on the first floor and don't purposefully heat the upstairs. (Extra bedrooms that we don't need at this time.) The smoke alarm that goes off is in the upstairs bedroom (unused). At first I thought it was carbon monoxide and I put a detector in there but it still reads zero. It seems like they are plugged in and not battery operated. Well, we can't figure how to get the covers off of them. Who should I call? An electrician? I don't know the brand of alarm system.

- First - think about hiring a handyman to do this. Soldering pipe isn't hard, but learning how to do it while under your house where a leak would be hard to find and repair is not easy. The peace of mind might be worth it. Be sure to ask for an estimate on the price, both for material and for labor, before you agree to anything. If you have to or really want to do it yourself, find a book on DIY plumbing tips. You can probably find one at almost any home improvement stores, like Lowe's, Menards, Home Depot, etc. Then read the parts on making solder joints carefully. Get some pipe and fittings, and practice making joints in the garage, back yard, or someplace well ventilated and easy to work in. Under the house is NOT the place to try this. I'd recommend you try to make at least 20 good joints, and test them by putting them under water pressure to see if they are good. You'll need a propane torch, solder, flux, pipe, fittings, a pipe cleaning brush, and a tubing cutter. The last is a gizmo that cuts copper pipe easily and cleanly. It's MUCH better than using a saw. The brush is a special wire brush that scrubs the corrosion off the inside and outside of the pipe, to help make a better joint. Oh, and get ready for a case of sticker shock when you go to buy copper pipe. The price of copper has skyrocketed lately, so you'll want to be careful to buy only the sizes you need. Read the book about the different kinds and sizes and thicknesses of copper pipe, and look carefully at what you have now, so you know what to get. But you'll still be better off hiring someone to do this, I think.

- You have an older home if it is a 2 wire outlet. The only way to fix the problem is to replace the outlet with a GFI Outlet. DO NOT!!! REPEAT DO NOT run a ground to the cold water pipe, because this will give you a dual grounding path. Which in turn, during surges could very possibly blow up your new TV, because of the type of load that a television is. Good luck
- Q: I use an electric heater in my room, and every time I turn it on, or any electric heater for that matter I get really sick at my stomach and a headache and it's real bad too like reach for the trash can kind of bad. I just feel weird over all. and I almost know it's the heater because I've turned it off and the symptoms disappeared almost immediately (It also got cold really fast too) and I turned it back on same thing. I've tried this with several heaters. but I really have to have something because the outside temp is below zero I believe and this is an old house with poor insulation.and I know I don't have Carbon Monoxide poisoning because I DO have a Gas stove in my bathroom (The old kind too) that I leave burning constantly, but I can sit around that thing all day and not feel any different unless I shut the door for a shower then I might get a little light headed but that only happened to me once and I was in there for a LONG time. plus we have a brand new Carbon Monoxide detector right by it.

- Q: Hello. I ve recently used a gas mask to go into a asbestos ridden area. However my clothes have been contaminated and so has my mask. How would I go about cleaning them safely? My mask and all clothes are in a garbage bag currently waiting. I am a college student so would prefer a cheap method to clean my clothes (most importantly my mask). Do I need to bring them to someplace special or can I do it safety at home? Am I safe to use the mask again if I remove the dust outside wearing another mask? If I were to enter the area again should I just use contaminated clothes? Help please!

- first go by the rule of the book, prove those which are wrong and introduce my own which meet the requirements and tested for perfection .To clarify u for ur better understanding, by the way I'm a structural design engineer by profession. While designing and during construction also I'm required to adhere to certain provisions in standard code of practice.. During my career I found that it's not enough to adhere to certain code of practice and sometimes problem is due to adherence to code of practice. So I abandoned some of the stand practices which were not giving satisfactory results and adhered to mine and persisted with those which gave satisfactory result..

- Buy a properly designed broiler pan. Believe it or not, virtually ALL broiling smoke comes from drippings that puddle on that ill-conceived perforated sheet metal rack. Goggle the best broiler pan ever created and you will find the answer to ALL your broiling problems.
- Q: who do you think the shield should face at wrestlemania 29?
- If you have a cleanout outside your house then you should start there! If you dont then you may need to call a plumbing company to come out and locate where the sewer exits the house. If you are in a colder climate area such as anywhere where it gets really cold in the winter the sewer line will be pretty deep.. If not then it may be 2 feet or so where it exits although it will be getting deeper as it works its way through the yard. Sometimes where it ties on to the city sewer it can be as deep as 10 feet so that may be quite a chore to dig by hand. You may want to consider renting an excavator and finding a friend who knows how to use it. Once the line is dug there is nothing better than Schedule 40 PVC pipe and it's accepted by all municipalities. So go back with that. This is a big job so get ready! You are supposed to pull a permit with the city and they are supposed to come out and inspect it before you cover it back up so you may want to get with an inspector and to make sure you know what he wants to see when he comes out. well, good luckI've got a sewer line that Ive got to go cover up right now!!
