Ceramic Fibre Blanket Discription

Ceramic fiber product is made from high quality Gao-ling clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process. It is asbestos free. No chemical binder is added. Double-side needling provides blanket with great tensile or handing strength for easy installation.

There are four kinds of ceramic fiber products according to the temperature and chemical content. They are STD(1260℃),HP(1260℃),HA(1350℃, high alumina),HZ(1430℃,contain ZrO2).

1) For the blanket, the bulk density will be 64kg/m3, 96 kg/m3, 128 kg/m3, 160 kg/m3.

2) For the paper, the bulk density will be 160-220 kg/m3.

3) For the board, the bulk density will be 240-400kg/m3.

Ceramic fiber blanket, board, cloth and textiles are made from high quality clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process.

Ceramic fibre blanket, board and cloth have a range of products:ordinary type, standard form,high-purity type, high-alumina type and containing zirconium type.Different types of products used  different materials. performance of ceramic fibre insulation blanket also has difference, and they are suitable for different workong temperatures.

Ceramic fibre blanket, board and cloth can be used after optional cutting .When ceramic fibre insulation blanket storage should be paid attention to moistureproof. The high-alumina type and containing zirconium type products can be directly used as furnace lining .And using high-temperature refractory adhesive when stick.

Q:is it suitable to person who suffers arthritis , i mean joint pains in nights , muscle pain in legs, fatigue toowho she also difficult to consume normal meal slots whether bread or vegetable minced form onlyit seems ulcers (mouth) she doesn't posses any other disease than low BP, less calories, can't eat any hot spicy foodMETAMUCIL a Canadian High fibre flavoured drink.can't keep more than 3 minutes once mixed or pour water into the above powderinstructions say not suitable to drink if the drink turn as set jelly.give me feedback whoever known well.doctors from Canada preferred others thanks in advance.
So The Carpet Will Not Be Loose, It Needs To Be Tight So They Want Be Wrinkles, Bumps, etc.
Q:So preparing my garage for insulation, all the walls are done and have vapor barrier.i put the insulation stops in between the trusses and vapor barrier and drywalled my ceiling. So know my problem, im sure i put them in wrong.(insulation stops)well they would do the job but i dont think they are the strongest way to be installed.what is the correct way to install these damn things, i heard they are supposed to be installed before the roof panels go on the roof.thanks
Dogs can withstand some pretty cold temperatures if they have shelterPersonally, I wouldn't leave my dogs out if it gets down to 20 or belowAnd , also I would use straw in his house instead of a blanketA blanket will get damp in cold weather.
Q:Will this be enough insulation for my hands?
Often times when you push too hard to go to the bathroom you slightly hurt your veins which can cause bloodIf you don't get better soon call the doctor, but I'm sure you're fine!
Q:So I have an OTTB, he is skinny but we are slowly getting weight back on him, he is filling out and looking niceSo my question is since our horses dont get turned out much maybe once or twice in the winter, could i just buy him a stable blanket? It gets down into the 30's here where i liveThanks.

Q:I was thinking washable merino wool, perhaps with 5% lycra but it is up to $35 US dollars per yard and I need 5 yardsTerrycloth is too heavy/bulky, I can't stand fleeceAny other knit fabrics which would be appropriate? Recommendations?
Of course, you should never use a room with exposed fiberglass insulation as living spaceEven if you did remove it, you would have airborne residue for quite sometimeThe particles will lodge in your skin and lungs and cause illnessMy advice would be not to remove the insulationIt's there for a reasonIf you need to use attic space, finish the attic firstThis process is pretty simpleJust throw up some sheetrock or paneling (which should be backed with 1/4 insheetrock anyway) on the walls and ceiling, and plywood on the floorYou can get cheap carpet or vinyl flooring remnants from a flooring shopWith help, the attic can be made liveable in about two weekendsIt doesn't necessarily have to look good if all you need is a place to stick a bedThe fine details can be worked out some other time if you decide it would make a sweet rec room.
Q:Or anything that i can ship to India through Ebay? How much do they cost?
I say try once every other week and if its still super dry try once a weekAlso another thing that helps with dry hair is mashing up fresh avocado and banana and applying it as a mask to your hair.
Q:Ceramic fiber spray and thrown silk floss, which is better
Ji'nan Huolong thermal ceramics limited liability company to help you analyze: thrown silk and spray cotton, which is better? Which process is more suitable for producing carpets? Fire dragon energy saving from the technical point of view is as follows:1, fiber diameter: rejection fiber more coarse, rejection filament fiber is generally 3.0-5.0 mu m, spinneret fiber is generally 2.0-3.0 mu m;2, the length of fiber yarn: rejection fiber longer, the rejection of silk fiber is generally 150-250mm, spinneret fiber is generally 100-200mm;3, the coefficient of thermal conductivity: spray cotton fiber is lower than that of the thrown silk;4, the tensile and flexural strength: thrown silk because fiber thicker than that of spraying cotton;
Q:We noticed the home we've lived at for 7 years now needs more insulation in the atticIt currently has about 2-3 inches of white puffy blown insulation between the trussesOn top of that is about 3-4 inches of FACED insulationBoth together only come up to the truss beamWe were told by a family member we should get more insulation, it wasnt enoughWe bought 12 inch UNFACED to add on top in the opposite directionMy question is, should the backing of the exisitng faced insulation be taken off?I read if there is existing insulation, faced should be pointing toward the living space but insulation should not be between as it traps moisture.(The previous owner has done a lot of short cut projects on the house and we dont know if what they did was correct).
You are correct there should be no insulation between the facing and the living areaThe faced insulation should never have been installed on top of existing insulationThe facing serves as a moisture barrier to keep the insulation dry and to prevent condensation from formingIt prevents moisture from the warm living area from getting into the insulationIf you have the vapor barrier on top of the insulation then it will instead trap the moisture inside the insulationIt may be difficult to remove the facing, but you can give it a tryIt may be easier to just replace all the insulationPut faced batts down first with the facing to the living area, then top with unfaced batts in the opposite directionIt is better to have no facing at all, than to have the facing installed in the wrong position.
Q:It's a roughly 1000 sq/ft house and has about 8quot;-10quot; of blown-in cellulose in the atticFrom what I've read this is about R-36I'd like to raise it to the recommended R-49 for my area, which means I'd need about 4quot; of blown in cellulose (or fiberglass maybe? I don't know what's best.)What does it cost to do this, roughly? Where can I go to get a quote? (I just called Lowe's, they said they don't have contractors for this sort of thing.)
If it were my house, I'd just get the hopper/blower from Lowe's and do it myselfYou're obviously a tight wad if you are worried about R-13When you buy insulation from Lowe's, they'll let you borrow their hopper/blower for freeBuy the insulation, get the hopper/blower, get a buddy to feed the machine, get up in that attic, and get to workI think that what you are contemplating is an exercise in futility and diminishing returns, but if you are determined, go for it.
Q:I am very interested in taking some spinning lessons, I am an avid crocheter and I thought I could add to my fiber skills and learn to spin, maybe even dye my own yarn, but I was wondering, is making your own yarn more of a big process to finally getting to crocheting or knitting with it? For most of your projects do you prefer to use the yarn you spin or the yarn you buy? Do you make a lot of things from the yarn your spin? What do you prefer a drop spindle or a spinning wheel? Plus please tell me what you think are the pros and cons to spinning. Thanks so much!
I enjoy knitting and had never ever even considered spinning my own yarn until I got my Great PyreneesA breeder we had talked to mentioned that many people she knows spin their Pyr's hairShe said it was warmer than sheep's wool while being much softerI kind of thought to myself .Okcraaaaazzzzzzy! Since I've got my pup I've changed my idea about itHe sheds a tremendous amountAs well I've thought it would be nice to have a memento to remember him by after he's gone so I've started to learn how to spin on a drop spindle so I can eventually knit an afghan from his hairI've also started to collect hair from my small breed but it's coming along much slower because of his sizeI'll probably need to have a much smaller project for his hairSometimes when I tell people I get the look that I remember giving the breeder who'd once told me about spinning dog hairThe more I learn about spinning the more it amazes meIt's such an art formI'm so excited to pick up my first completed project and think made it completely myselfJust being able to transform clumps of hair into a ball of usable yarnKind of the same way I get satisfaction from taking a ball of yarn and being able to transform it into a pair of mittens or a scarf for my hubby.
