Q:Normally scaffolding platforms are for climbing working safely at heights more than 2 m and are erected by approved scaffolders and inspected safe for use . so why should one need safety harness a mandatory PPE?I See it as a only a proactive approach but is there a international standard which specifies it as a mandatory ppe?

Q:I've had my scaffold piercing for nearly a year now, and on the bottom hole i have a sore red lump on the outside (back of) my ear not in the fold but the back? if you get me?? But its SO sore and its quite red, and i was wondering whether i should pop it? do whatever to it? go to your nearest piercing shop and let them know how you felling so they can giving you the better suggest for you

Q:Everybody calls it either one, i want the one that goes across the top of your ear. Would it be safer to have two helix done instead of putting the bar straight in and getting the actual piercing or should i get two helix and put a bar in once it has healed? i would ask the piercer to line the two up. ive heard that industrails go wrong alot if a bar is put right in.

As long as the bar's the correct length (long enough to accomodate a little bit of swelling, but not too long), and you have a good piercer, you shouldn't have a problem. Getting two and then changing to a bar later also costs twice as much money :P

Yes, all piercings should be done with a needle. Guns are cattle tagging pieces of poop and are inadequate for any piercing. Everyone has a different pain tolerance but if it's something you really want it'll be worth the pain, and piercings only last for a second and it's done. I imagine it would be quite painful though as it's cartilage which always tends to be a little stingy when being pierced.

Q:basically im just a bog standard lad 6 foot 2 have tattoos but no piercings yet but i want something that not many other people havemost people these days have spacers and i hate thembut i was thinking of a black scaffold bar in my left ear?but it worries me it would look a bit homosexual if you get my meaningif lets say you walk down a street and you see someone with a scaffold what would you think of the person?

Q:Thinking about getting this peircing done next. I got my first and second peircing on my lobes and neither hurt at all to me (like .5 out of 10). How much does industrial hurt out of 10? Is it a similar pain to lobe peircing? Also how long does it take to heal, until you can take it out and sleep on it?

For me, I'd rate it's pain level at about a 5. Just all depends on how well you tolerate. It's more uncomfortable than getting a lobe piercing, really not that similar. Mine took about about 6-8 months to heal for changing the jewelry, but took like maybe 2-3 months until I was able to sleep on it again. Good luck if you get it.
