3. Using features

① Rated voltage Uo/U 0.6/1kV.

② Maximum allowable cable long-term working temperature: XLPE insulated cables 90 ℃, PVC insulated cables 70 ℃

③ Short circuit (the longest duration of no more than 5S), cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable conductor maximum temperature does not exceed 250 ℃, PVC insulated cable conductor maximum temperature does not exceed 160 ℃.

Q: I live in the UK and I am going on holiday to Taiwan/Japan where the voltage is 110/100v as opposed to 220 here (i think).I was wondering if I could use a power extension cable (with multiple sockets) so that i would only need one adaptor to connect the extension to the mains and then I could just simply plug my 3 pin plugs into the cable saving me money and sockets. As it would be a lower voltage, I assume that there shouldn't be any problems with power however, if there are any electricians or anyone who has done this before I would really appreciate some guidance just to ensure that this is safe.Thanks is advance.: You'd use the correct AC power cord that replaces the toggle-head part, and that would be the best part. These can be bought with a variety of different ends on them; while the adapter itself will work with any of the supported voltage ranges, automatically.

Q: I can't find out where to put my SATA data cable at... My computer has a SATA power cable though, but I can't seem to find where to put the SATA data cable, I have the data cable in my hand. The numbers you found are actually the power supply model number, not the whole computer model number. It could help knowing exactly what motherboard you're looking at however I'd start looking along the lower part of the board or the bottom right area. If you find a plug that it would fit in - it should be labeled very very tiny print saying SATA next to the plug-in.

Thanks for your help: A 110 ac plug configuration is usually not the same as a 220 ac plug configuration. they look completely different and will not pug into each other...so, I'm not sure how you managed to do that. Q: I have a hp laptop from south asia. The adapter connects with the laptop and the power cable. The power cable has a 3 round pin plug which says 6A 240V~. On the hp adapter for the input it says: 100-240V~ 1.6A 5-60Hz. It also says Connect Only to Grounded outlets.Now I am in canada. All i know is that here they have 120 V in normal power plugs. Also they have 1 round and 2 rectangular pins to plug in the outlet.I bought this adapter which basically connects the 3 round pin plug into the adapter and the adapter has 3 canadian pins. The thing is that it says 250V 10A on the adapter. So I am not sure if it will hurt my laptop if I use it. I am a bit confused because Canada has 120V and the adapter accepts 250V. The HP adapter has a range from 100-240V. Will this be ok to use since the HP adapter will just convert the 120V into the proper output for the laptop or do I need one the expensice Voltage converters for the laptop?: It is fine, your power cable has a power rating of 6A @ 240V and your hp adapter can handle an input of 100-240V~ 1.6A 50-60Hz right? Then, you bought an adapter which has 10A 250V capacity and it is no problem handling your cable and hp adapter which has a lower power requirement. And also, the most important, in your area, the supply is 120V and your hp can handle from 100-240V and your adapter up to 250V, so there is nothing to worry about, as long as the supply voltage is lower than of the required of your hp, mind it if your supply voltage is 240V and your hp says it handles 120V for it will burn your adapter..............

Q: i bought a new graphics card a while ago, an nvidia 9400gt (i now realize how LOL that is). i connected it, but i noticed there were no extra power cables hanging around that would fit on the small six pin slot on top of the card. the performance increase has basically been negligible, and i don't really want to mess with the power box. should i take it into a computer shop, or is there an easier solution?yes, i installed it correctly and everything. i'm 100% sure.: i does not subject with a GT220 or GT240, they are not lots better if no longer worse than the cardboard you have already. those are not gaming enjoying cards, they're particularly for video accelerating etc. Get a HD 4850 in case you will stumble on one, if no longer maybe a HD 5750 which grants comparable overall performance, yet i does not bypass above this as you will start to be bottlenecked via your processor. maximum enjoying cards merely take one 6pin connection, the only exception being the perfect end enjoying cards such because of the fact the Nvidia GTX 470 or ATI HD 5870. desire i've got helped ;)

I ALREADY HAVE AN IDE CABLE: these are smaller than the normal power connector thats used for hard drive. take a pic or take it to ur local pc-mart outlet store and ask them for one... they are readiy available. you may need one that piggy backs off the existing molex power supply.
