Painting steel is the product based on the metal sheet, of which surface is finally installed of the plastic film(PVC, PE) IN addition to being firstly covered with the coating and printed ink in. The coated layer of painting steel plate consists of chemical and filming layer, primer coated layer, pattern printed layer and surface coated layer. The top and back coating shall generally be the weatherproof paint, as well can be the application of the paint with special capabilities such as stain-resistant, self cleaning capability, high thermal resistance, antistatic capability, sterilizing capability, finger-print prevention and etc.

With GI(aluzinc) as base metal, after pretreatement(degrease and chemical treatment)and liquid dope with several layers of color, then after firing and cooling, finally the plate steel is called pre-painted galvanized (aluzinc)steel. Pre-painted galvanized steel is good capable of decoration, molding, corrosion resistance. It generally displays superior workability, durability and weather resistance.

Q:Steel seems to be much less expensive. What is the reason why? I've heard steel will ruin a barrel after time....is that true? But with the price difference maybe it don't matter? Is steel reliable? What are the negatives about steel I should know before buying?
steel bore - brass copper chrome-lined steel bore - steel is fine. steel jacketed bullets are harder than copper jacketed bullets and would result in higher pressure, more wear in a steel barrel than a chrome-steel barrel. chrome-lined steel is roughly 2X as hard as 4140 steel. even better, nitrated chrome steel is roughly 3-4X harder than 4140 steel. but it s fairly new is a bit pricey. most AR barrels are chrome-lined. you can tell easily if the chamber and bore has a silvery look. regular steel is just black. steel cased rounds are reliable, however plain, uncoated steel cases may feed with some difficulty due to a rougher case finish that results in more friction than the polished, smooth brass cases. cheap ammo (doesn't matter if steel or brass) always shoots more dirty. aside from that I would recommend you try a bit of each of go with whatever shoots most accurate and feeds without problem.
Q:and what type of metal is steel?
Steel is an alloy consisting mostly of iron, with a carbon content between 0.2% and 2.14% by weight (C:110–10Fe), depending on grade. Carbon is the most cost-effective alloying material for iron, but various other alloying elements are used such as manganese, chromium, vanadium, and tungsten. Carbon and other elements act as a hardening agent, preventing dislocations in the iron atom crystal lattice from sliding past one another. Varying the amount of alloying elements and form of their presence in the steel (solute elements, precipitated phase) controls qualities such as the hardness, ductility, and tensile strength of the resulting steel. Steel with increased carbon content can be made harder and stronger than iron, but is also more brittle.
Q:How are steel coils used in the production of steel springs?
Steel coils are used in the production of steel springs as they are rolled into a specific shape and size, providing the necessary strength and flexibility required for springs. These coils are then cut and formed into the desired spring shape, allowing them to store and release energy efficiently.
Q:I found this amazing kid on youtube - is he using nylon or steel strings?(I'm buying my first guitar! helpp)oh and is fingerstyle also possible in steel string guitar? does it hurt?(I might sound really stupid-..)thanks a lot
The young man in the video is using a steel string guitar. Steel string guitars can be played fingerstyle or with a pick. Classical guitars use nylon strings and are only played fingerstyle. Classical guitars are used almost exclusively for playing classical music. If you're not interested in playing classical music then it's the wrong guitar for you. Steel string guitars can be used for a wide range of musical styles from pop to rock to folk to bluegrass to country, and more. Don't worry about pain - your fingers will hurt at first with either nylon or steel strings but that passes quickly. Buy the guitar that's most appropriate for the music you want to play.
Q:Why can't you use a lead shot only choke with steel shot or a steel shot only choke with lead shot? I have used a lead only choke with steel shot and my shotgun shot fine and there was no damage to the choke.
To add to this, Screw-In tubes in older guns can make removal a challenge. I destroyed a FULL lead tube removing it for a friend from his NOVA.
Q:So carbon is gas that brakes down to hydrogen and helium before going in...And steel can go a little farther towards sun before evaporating.. 200 degrees closer at leastso steel is full of a heavier gas bomb in my hypothesis and needs to be broken up outside stars(broken down)Is steel capable of going into sun with an element thats wrong wayLike iron has no air to boil outAnd steel goes just as far with carbon in it..Other words can u answer me with..Carbon is already IN the sun and is capable of braking down Carbon INSIDE the star/sunOnly way I see steel boiling is inside and it releases carbon gas at once..carbon bomb
Carbon NEVER breaksdown into hydrogen and helium. Steel is an alloy of iron that contains carbon. Send either into the sun and they go from being a solid to a liquid to a gas to a plasma as the temperature increases on its approach but neither breaksdown into something else. Carbon as a solid or a plasma is still carbon and the same is true for iron. There are small amounts of most elements in the sun but it is mostly hydrogen.
Q:Can steel coils be painted or coated?
Yes, steel coils can be painted or coated. Painting or coating steel coils is a common practice to enhance their aesthetic appeal, protect against corrosion, and improve durability.
Q:How are steel coils transported and stored?
Steel coils are typically transported and stored using specialized equipment and facilities. They are commonly transported by trucks, trains, or ships, secured with steel strapping or wire rope to prevent movement during transit. Once at the storage facility, steel coils are typically stacked in a secure and organized manner, either on the ground or on specially designed racks. The coils may be stored indoors or outdoors, depending on the specific requirements and conditions. To protect the coils from damage and corrosion, appropriate weather protection measures and coatings are applied.
Q:I know that it is used for katanas and swords but what is it and is it good i am pretty sure that it is the process of the steel but can I have a little more information.
Damascus or Wootz was a type of steel that appeared around 300BC It originated in India before spreading throughout Asia and the Middle East. It was considered a good steel, and for it's date of origin, exceptionally advanced for the level of technology in the ancient world. However the techniques to create the steel were lost forever after a decline in the swords manufacturing. The most popular theory is that the metal containing the required trace elements became less available over time due to unreliable trade routes. In the modern area, many scientists and metallurgists have studied the surviving blades, resulting in many discoveries such as evidence of carbon molecules fused in a crystalline structure. While the blades do provide some clues, it's only a small part of a much bigger picture as to the full process of the metal from raw to finished product. Now many have claimed to have recreated Damascus/Wootz steel, but none are recognised as being authentic. It has become a market ploy these days that draws people to purchasing the blades but all you are actually seeing is one of the many various forms of folded or patterned steel, which has varying degrees of quality, strength etc. We do know the steel was folded similar to the way the Japanese did in creation of old Katana, so often people will sell Damascus steel Katana that are nothing but folded steel swords like others. (Which is beautiful and traditional, but was a process designed to uniform impurities in the metal, something we no longer need to do with modern metals)
Q:What is the average shelf life of a steel coil?
The average shelf life of a steel coil can vary depending on various factors such as the type of steel, storage conditions, and handling practices. Generally, steel coils can be stored for several months to a few years without significant degradation in quality. However, it is important to ensure proper storage conditions, such as maintaining a dry and clean environment, protecting against moisture and corrosion, and avoiding excessive pressure or stacking. Regular inspection and maintenance can help to extend the shelf life of steel coils even further.
