A: Of course. But the pictures or samples of the products should be offered by your party.

- Q: You are tiling a room with 1 foot squares tiles.The room is 11 feet 8 in wide and 15 ft 8 in long. How many whole tiles will you need?How many tiles will need to be cut? Each box of tiles covers 10 square feet. How many boxes of tiles will you need?
- Are there no windows or doors in this room ? No other obstructions which affect the wall area ? In any case, it is impossible to determine how many tiles you will have to cut. It depends on where you start tiling, as well as the bits that you have to work around, like doors and windows, and so on. But, crucially, it is also important to know the height of the room. Work out a rough area and add, say, 15% for the ones you have to cut. So, if the room is h feet high, you will need 2 x (12h + 16h) = 2 x 28h = 56h square feet. - Easy, put down the peel stick tiles. Pull up your carpet and vaccum the floor, peel and stick. . I would seal the sub floor with Bins or a urethane or shellac to prevent the piss smell from getting in the floor and if it already has happened this will keep the smell concealed somewhat but on those hot humid days the smell of urine will be there. - You should probably go to a tile specialty store and ask them what is available. My guess would be that if something does exist it is not going to look very good. Fiberglass kits are made that can be bonded to the old tile and provide a new surface of a shower stall. These kits are not difficult to install, basically you clean the old tile and then glue the new panel over it. Check with you local home improvement store, they should have them. For a much better look I would suggest going to the home improvement store and taking their free tile classes. This would allow you to lay your own new tile. You will still need to remove the old tile first. Again the home improvement store is where they can tell you how to do this. It's going to be a major demolition requiring you to basically remove and replace your shower walls. This sounds like a lot of work doesn't it... it is but I've learned that doing something right is always better than doing it half way.

- FINDING OLD TILES ARE LIKE FINDING OLD CAR PARTS slim and none,but don.t dis pair remove one of the old broken or not and take it to local tile only store home depot probably will be of little help as they know their currant supply and only supplier.if all else fails find a complementary style and size and create a new pattern removing the broken and possibly a few not so broken create a new design or bite the bullet.careful in the removal of tiles near tile you want to keep remove grout surrounding the tile you want to remove before you break it out the grout will transfer the impact of a hammer to surrounding tiles breaking more than you want
- Q: I recently removed some old tile in my kitchen that was bound to the floor with adhesive. I‘d like to either remove the adhesive or make that area of the floor level in order to place some stick tile.What is the best solution for this? Do I need a sealant? Should I chip up the old adhesive and then seal the floor?Thanks!
- its probably easierto lay down a thin underlayment such as luan or you can get a glue remover which is lots of work a quarter or 8th in floor board is simplest
