Made from 100% recyclable materials, CMAX epoxy cast iron pipe systems are not only environmental friendly, but also satisfy many properties necessary to withstand the aggressive conditions both internal and external of the pipes and fittings: these properties include its excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, impact and fire. CMAX also has low noise transmission compared to common UPVC drainage pipe systems. CMAX is designed as long lasting building materials.

Standard:

CMAX epoxy cast iron pipe systems with nominal size between 40-300mm comply with BS EN 877.BS EN 877 guarantees the quality of the materials, dimensions and tolerances, mechanical properties(like water pressure, tensile strength and brinell hardness) appearance, and the standard coating for the epoxy cast iron pipes, fittings and couplings.

Strength:

Iron is well known for its strength and abrasion resistance. The shape and impact strength of CMAX products are unchanged under exposure of sunlight and weathering, while UPVC and PVC pipes would soften, deform and become brittle under intense temperature change.

Quiet:

CMAX’s sturdy and dense properties reduce pipe vibration a silent drainage system.Studies had proven iron is the quietest material out of all other common drainage system.

Non-Toxic and Non-Combustile:

No toxic gas will be emitted from CMAX in the event of fire. Iron is also non-combustile,so epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings are recoverable after fire.

Anti-Corrosive:

All CMAX epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings are internally and externally finished with corrosive resistant epoxy coating to prevent fouling and corrosion. The epoxy on CMAX epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings provides an excellent exterior under humid and tropical conditions.

Q: Can anyone suggest a website or inform me of how I can find a list of Real Estate Investing seminars in my area?-Liz
There are several places you might check. They are not on the Internet. Check with your local real estate board, some are listed there. You might also check with your local chamber of Commerce and see it there are ones that have joined. You also might check with your city permit department to see if any are listed and got a city permit to operate a local business. You might call those ads that say we buy properties, see if these people are in a local REI group. I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck. FIGHT ON
Q: Im in Turlock, Ca. Im wanting to start a career as a real estate sales person, i need help and pretty much everything. How do i get my real estate license and where do i start; how do i get out and about are there any schools that provide trainings or something. Sorry if im not clear enough but that the best way i could find a way to ask this question so HELP ME OUT PLIZZZ, oh i forgot to say that im 19 years old i don't know if my age does anything on this but just thought to tell you all.
You have to get licensed just like everyone else. PMZ hires a lot of unqualified agents out that way. I think they charge a desk fee. They have hundreds of agents, mostly part timers. I hate them because they are clueless, but with the market overly saturated with agents in the valley they may be all that hires you (you pay them to work). Your age is a major disadvantage, very few people will want you to represent them, they normally want agents that are older and more experianced not with just business, but every day life. You don't even own a home yourself, so you will not seen as someone knowledgable.
Q: What are the alternatives to buying real estate? I know you can rent and do the co op thing, but is there anything else?
Flip the properties, Hold notes and sell them, buy and sell real estate notes, Buy land and sell to corporations,Buy land and build, buy multi-units, commercial rental property, buy a multi-unit and condo-ize it, buy a mobile home park, buy a buisiness with appartments attached, and even more. At this time in the morning, that's what I have. Some thoughts to ponder. If you are looking for something other than real estate, there is so much out there, I couldn't even know where to begin.
Q: Well the time is finally here. Just completed all the tests at my real estate school here in Arizona and i was able to get in immediately to take the state test! I was just wondering if anyone had taken it and if you had any tips!?!?! Back to studying....
I don't know what school you went to but at Westford they sold a Real Estate exam prep manual with practice questions that was very helpful. Also I was worried about the math but there were only about 8 math questions and they were easier than expected. Passing the test is the easy part, you won't use 90% of what you learned in school, staying busy and making a living in real estate is the real test. Good luck!
Q: I'm looking into possibly getting my real estate license but I don't know where to begin. Google wasn't any help, either. I'm just wondering about fees, length of schooling, etc. If anyone has any insight (even people not from Penn.) I'd appreciate it!
I took two classes at a community college which were RES101 and 102 Hope this helps
Q: I'm new to the real estate world and going to have my license in about two weeks. What is the best way of finding a place to hang my license? Is it best to call or just walk in or set up an interview?
Even if you have no written rental agreement, you are still obligated to pay rent because of the default in the law. There's a whole section devoted to tenant/landlord issues that has default rules if there's no written agreement in place. Unless you want to be evicted, just pay rent and don't worry about not having a rental agreement.
Q: I would like to transiton my carrer from food service to becoming a real estate agent. I wanted to find out how hard this field is to get into and to be succesfull
It is possible. The classes only cost $350. Then you interview at a few offices. You can be working in 30 days. It is a fun career and you are surrounded by nice people. You never get a salary. You only make money if you sell a house. Very stressful at times.
Q: I went to a job fair and 21 Century representatives were there and they had a special offer to obtain a real estate license for $840 for the class and after you pass, they will reimburse your money back and guarantee you a job when you pass. I am a little skeptical about this offer and just wanted to know if anybody knew anything about this deal.
Hello, $840.00 is very expensive for real estate school. Each state has different licensing requirements. The best way to find them are to search the department of real estate website for your individual state. I recently transferred my real estate license from california to missouri. Because I took so long I had to redo everything. My schooling cost $149.00. Even when I did my california license it was only $200.00. I would not take that deal. Also each individual department of real estate state will have approved school vendors listed on the website and you can choose from there and shop for prices. Also if you want to learn about all aspects of real estate there is a website called real estate encyclopedia. This website is constantly updated with indepth explanation of everything real estate.
Q: I'll go ahead and say it, I'm young...I'm 15. I'll be in 10th grade when school starts back...but lately I've just been thinking about career choices and things like that, I've heard Real Estate is a nice job to have and you could get a good income...but,...I read here on Y! Answers that the market is in a bit of a slump at the moment? I don't know, that's just what I read. What type of person do you need to be to do this?... Is it a hard job? What is required of me? I know that you don't have to go to an actual college for it, you just have to get a license and you have to get a certain amount of hours in a course for that, right? I hate math, I don't enjoy algebra because to me, it seems pointless in MY life and I don't think I would ever use it. Is math required to be in a Real Estate career?? Do you have any advice? I would love to have a nice income for my family, for when and if I ever have one, in the future...
Real estate is a great career. By the time you graduate we will be out of this economic slump. Furthermore, people sell and buy houses no matter what type of shape the economy is in. if you want to be a Realtor, and sell residential real estate, you should like working and talking with people. People skills are a big necessity. North Carolina Real estate commission web site will have all the info required for your licensing. Not enough time to answer questions concerning what the job entails, but a good suggestion would be for you to visit with a Realtor in your community and ask them what their job entails. Ask for the Broker of the company, he/she will be impressed that at such a young age you have an interest in the business. You do not use algebra in the day to day business, as long as you have a grasp of simple math (add, subtract, multiply and divide) you will be OK. Real estate can provide a good income for yourself and your family. If you do get in the business, work like a dog, continuously learn as you go, treat others with respect, and conduct your self honestly, and you will have a enjoyable, fruitful career. ( I have,10 years now) Best of luck to you
Q: I am currently enrolled in college and I am receiving grants to pay for my courses. I am thinking about getting a real estate license and get a job doing that while I complete my education. The question I have is can I receive more grants to pay for the real estate courses?
Each state makes their possess legislation for licensing any authentic, adding truly property sellers. Most require a scan, and few if any waive the scan for out of state licenseholders. I'm no longer certain if any require a direction in any respect, even for first timers. I can inform you that the guides are designed to inform you the matters you ought to recognize to cross which can be concerns of legislation, no longer always ordinary experience, so that it will have a tendency to fluctuate from state to state. For instance: Does the state require you to pay a purchaser curiosity at the deposit/earnest cash? Is it permissible to symbolize each the Buyer and the Seller? If so, what need to you do to end up knowledgeable consent of each? What is the minimal period of time you need to positioned into the agreement for the purchaser to acquire a certified house inspector? Must you place any in any respect? Are hubbard clauses authorized? Is the agreement legally binding with out earnest cash? Take the direction.
