3.      Using features

①    Rated voltage Uo/U 0.6/1 kV.

②    The permissible maximum conductor operating temperature: XLPE insulated 90 ℃, PVC insulated 70 ℃.

③    Cable short circuit (the longest duration of no more than 5s), the maximum temperature of the conductor: XLPE insulated cable 250 ℃, PVC insulated cable 160 ℃.

④    Laying the ambient temperature should not be less than 0 ℃, should be less than 0 ℃ pre-heated. Cable bending radius: Single cable without armor no less than 20 times the cable diameter, armored not less than 15 times the cable diameter; multi-core cables without armor is not less than 15 times the cable diameter, armored not less than 12 times the cable diameter.

⑤    Finished cable should be subject to 2.5U0 + 2kV power frequency voltage test 5 min without breakdown.

⑥    DC resistance of conductor at 20 ℃ comply with GB / T 3956.

⑦    Finished cable with anti-electromagnetic interference, anti-lightning and other characteristics.

⑧    Cable fire-resistant characteristics comply with the requirements GB / T 19666.

This is not a simple answer. The amount of current that a cable can carry depends on the amount of voltage drop that you can tolerate (mostly an issue in long cables) and the temperature rating of the insulation used on the cable ( the higher the temperature rating, the higher the current that you can run in the cable) and the ability of the cable to loose the heat that is generated from the I^2R drop in the cable. For example, if a cable is in open air with no other heat sources near it, it can accomodate more current before compromising the insulation. If a cable is in a conduit with other cables that are generating heat, then the conductor needs to be increased in size to decrease the heat. The ampacity of the cable is also affected by the duty cycle of the current that the wire is carrying. If the duty cycle of the current is 10% then the wire can carry much more current compared to a current of 100% or continuous. Having said all this, there are tables of ampacities for various sized wires.
Q:4 core power cable, 35 mm?
A 4 core cable has 4 conductors in an overall sheath. The 35 mm indicates the area of each conductor's copper is 35 square mm. You can use the 4 core cable for 3-phase power (3 wires with a spare or ground). Q:XBox power cable problem?
My xbox had this problem. What power cable are you using? The original or the new one that Microsoft sent out to everyone? They sent out a new one because some Xbox's were melting the cable and some kid got burned or something. Anyway, mine never had the power cord issue but I tossed my original and used the new one. That's when I started having problems. My Xbox would turn itself on in the middle of the night sometimes. And even then, it would turn on and play fine for about 10-20 minutes and then shut off by itself. Really weird. I simply sold my Xbox, never called Microsoft about it, so I never found out what the problem was. So really, my only advice is, if you're using that new power cord, go back to the old one. I'm positive that swapping those cords was the problem for my Xbox.

This is absolutely possible. I would be careful about the weight of cable you use, ensure that it can carry the amp rating of the accessory you want to power from the 12v accessory socket. I would also advise you crimp and heatshrink rings onto the cables that you can clamp onto the battery terminals. The Anchor ones are excellent, but Maplin will stock a range of options.
