- You should be able to find cold pressed caster oil at your local health food store. Heritage and Home health are two of the brands that I'm most familiar with. Both are cold pressed with no chemical extractions. Stay away from the ones at the drug store, they are processed with chemicals. Good luck and be well.
- Q:I wanna know from the people who know about lifting what reverse grip targets more off. People have told me triceps but I know that is if you have a close grip of about 12 inches. But what about wide grip reverse bench press. Does it target more triceps or chest? Also what are the pros and cons between the two grips? Thank u so much for ur time.
- A wide, reverse grip will work more of the lower pec region, along with the triceps, simply because of the bar placement. You need to move the bar further down your torso to get the full range of motion, so the lower pec comes into play. If your having trouble with lower developement, then I would suggest decline bench press for this, mostly for safety reasons, as the reverse grip is essentialy a suicide grip, and extreamly unsafe!

- Squats are way better as they use a lot more muscles than leg press. By doing this you will be able to get a lot more strenght than doing leg press because your body will release a lot more of growth hormone and testosterone. The best exercises to build leg strenght are free weight compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts and lunges. If you need any help just msg me!
- Q:I'm 16 I weight 9 stone 6 pounds how many press ups and reps should I do to get a bigger chest?
- Pushups or press ups are a calisthenic exercise and mosts people can rapidly improve to the point that they can churn out lots of repetitions. In which case there is no longer enough resistance going on to allow you to get a bigger chest. If you want to increase muscular size, you need to do progressive resistance exercise...Weight lifting where you can constantly increase the weight as you grow stronger. Updog is right in that you may become more defined, but that's about it....
- Q:Please, no suggestions about perms because I absolutely refuse to get another perm...Only interesed in pressed hair solutions...I have been natural for slightly over 2 years. I have been going to a salon to get my hair pressed, but I am wondering if every two weeks (twice a month) is too often. She does the new school pressing where she blow dries it straight and then straightens the hair with a ceramic flat iron--she does not actually use the hot comb. I am very satisfied with how it looks and feels, but I'd like to know if once every two weeks is too often for hair to be pressed/ flat-ironed.
- I think every two weeks is fine! I used to do that then switched to once or twice a week which was a bad idea. Unless you feel your hair is thinning/breaking/feeling dry then maybe you should try to do it less. Most of all, moisture your hair with a deep conditioner once a week.
- Q:I am having the hardest time getting my cookies right when using my press. I've got a really tasty recipe that works well in the press if I click the lever TWICE rather than just once. Clicking it twice creates a cookie that is way too big and not as crispy as I would like. Does anyone have tips for me to get my cookie to stick to the pan with just one click on the press? It was driving me crazy today! Thanks for any advice, I've been baking for a while but I'm brand new with the cookie press.

- I would guess that a scholarly press is a publisher of original books and reprints of books used for schools. Can't give an opinion on the publisher of Grapes without knowing who published the copy you're refering to.
