- Hello JustSaying: It is very well possible that the chargers no longer work because of a defect. I would also highly suggest you not using another charger that is not built for your laptop. This my damage internal hardware and is not cheap to get fixed. Whenever there is someone who comes into the store asking for charger help, I redirect them to TopMic. - Usually the charger has an indicator that shows full charge. I am not familiar with that particular charger. Seven hours should be enough time to charge any present day rechargeables.
