Why Choose Us

l  We are a government owned company with ISO certificate.

l  We are listed in Global Fortune 500 with D & B report.

l  We have more than 11 refractory production facilities and bases across China. We have a wide products range, such as ceramic fiber products (ceramic fiber blanket, module, board, paper, bulk), ceramic fiber textile (ceramic fiber rope, cloth, tape, yarn) etc, refractory brick (fireclay brick, high alumina brick, silica brick, magnesia brick etc), monolithic refractory materials, insulating fire brick, calcium silicate board, mica sheet, steel fiber. You can find various products here, and we can combine the light weight ceramic fiber products with the heavy weight refractory brick in one container delivery, then save the sea freight for you.

l  We have strict materials selecting system and quality control system. We have the ability to take responsibility for your orders and product quality.

FAQ

Q1: How do you control the products quality?

A1: With strict quality control system throughout the materials selection and production process, our refractory and ceramic fiber products quality is effectively controlled to meet customer requirements.

From the raw materials selecting, our quality control begin. The quality certificates of raw materials are required and each batch will be tested before using. During production, the quality control are conducted by workers and then each piece will be sorted and examined by quality supervis

Q2: What`s the lead time for my order?

A2: It depends on customers’ requirements and our production schedule. And usually we need 30-60 days for refractory bricks,10-25 days for unshaped refractory materials and 10-20 days for ceramic fiber blankets.

Q3: Can you offer Door-to-Door delivery?

A3: Yes, but only for some countries such us U.S., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Russia, etc.

Q4: What is the minimum quantity?

A4: There is no minimum order quantity. Depending on the item and processing, there may be a minimum production required, however we can offer a quotation based only on the quantity you need.

Q5: Can you give me a brief introduction of the application of your products?

A5: CNBM (China National Building Material) core refractory business comprises the production, sale and installation of high-grade refractory products, the development and implementation of customized system solutions as well as rendering outstanding services for the key industries in Glass, Iron& Steel, Petrochemical, Cement, Ceramic and Nonferrous Metals.

Q:Why is the three oxidation of two silicon is very harmful impurities in silica brick
Heating calcination is the best way to extend this sort of impurity removal. Remove impurities
Q:Brick
The silica mineral phase is mainly composed of tridymite and cristobalite, there is a small amount of quartz and glass. Tridymite and cristobalite and quartz remaining at low temperature due to phase change, volume changes greatly, so the brick thermal stability at low temperature is very poor. In use, under 800 degrees Celsius, slowly heating and cooling, so as not to produce cracks. The use of temperature in blast furnace so should not be below 800 DEG on.
Q:How to judge the quality of brick, clay brick, high alumina brick furnace from the appearance?
Mainly depends on the color and density of brick. Another black clay brick and brick with iron oxide formation and how much the size of bricks
Q:The brick is mainly used in the place?
Also used for high temperature bearing part of hot blast stove and acid open hearth furnace.
Q:Why is the new trend of the high thermal conductivity of silica brick
The use of high thermal conductivity of silica brick, reducing coke fuel consumption, reduce emissions of pollutants such as NOx, with considerable economic benefits and social benefits, is the future direction of the new technology of using coke oven refractory.
Q:Can not use it two brick
The softening temperature is up to 1640~1670 DEG C, and the volume is stable at high temperature for a long time.
Q:The introduction of silica brick
The silica mineral phase is mainly composed of tridymite and cristobalite, there is a small amount of quartz and glass
Q:High temperature refractory material?
Many kinds of refractory materials, usually by refractoriness level is divided into ordinary refractory materials (1580 to 1770 DEG C), advanced refractories (1770 to 2000 DEG C) and special refractories (more than 2000 DEG C); according to the chemical characteristics into acid refractory material, refractory materials and basic refractory materials. In addition, the refractory material used for special occasions. Now the definition of refractory materials, has not only depends on whether the refractoriness at 1580 DEG. Refers to the current refractories used in metallurgy, petrochemical, cement, ceramics and other production equipment with inorganic non-metallic materials.
Q:The difference between clay refractory bricks and refractory brick in the application.
Clay brick features good thermal shock resistance and low price, but high temperature performance is not well integrated, and the long-term use temperature is not higher than 1300 degrees. It is widely used in low temperature parts of various kilns.
Q:The introduction of silica brick?
An acid refractory consisting mainly of quartz and square quartz and a small amount of residual quartz and glass.More than 94% silica content. True density 2.35g/cm3. With acid resistance, slag erosion performance. Higher high temperature strength. The softening start temperature is 1620~1670 degrees. Long term use at high temperature without deformation. The thermal shock resistance is low (the heat exchange in water is 1~4 times). The natural silica is used as the raw material, and a proper amount of mineralizer is used to promote the transformation of quartz into quartz in the body. Slowly sintered at 1350~1430 DEG C in the reducing atmosphere. When heating up to 1450 degrees, the total volume of 1.5~2.2% expands, and the residual expansion can close the kerf and ensure the airtight and structural strength of the masonry.
