You should follow a regular sleeping schedule. ie;Go to bed at 10:00 and rise at 6:00 that is an 8 hour sleep. The brain processes the day the first 4 hours and rests the last 4 hours. Your brain must be healthy too, it has to know to function. If you sleep too much or too little--you feel terrible.

bed bugs live also in the matress and pillows, unless you can hire out a carpet cleaner that does upolstry too then get a cleaner in to clean the matress. sheets washed in hot water and pillows to be put into a plastic bag and placed in freezer for at least 6 hours if not replace pillows too vacuum your room well frequenctly to prevent dust mites to contanimate your bed etc again

Bed bug bites itch like mosquito bites so it doesnt sound like it would be a bed bug. Is there anyone in your family or a roommate experience these bites? bed bug spread very easily and if its in your bed its most likely in someone elses bed in the house. The whole house as to be exterminated I would see a dr if I were you bc it doesnt really sound like bed bugs. good luck!

My dog does the same thing....she tears up everything....you have to do whatever you can to get into his head that this is a no no. Spank him...don't hurt him just a short spanking that tells him, U ARE NOT GONNA KEEP DOING THIS In time he will start understanding that it IS a no no. :)

Q:A few months ago I woke up one day and DAMN I was itchy, very itchy for a week. Then it stopped. I see little and big red blots on my bed, new ones everyday, starting from when I was itchy. I imagine most people will tell you its not a good idea because it can cause you to have difficulty falling asleep. I drink soda before I go to bed, and personally, have no trouble at all.
